Hope van Dyne actor Evangeline Lilly has shared the first image of The Wasp from next year's Ant-Man and the Wasp.
The image, posted on Twitter by Lilly, is the focal point of a D23 Expo banner and, for the first time, shows her character in costume as The Wasp.

Lilly stars in Ant-Man and the Wasp alongside Paul Rudd, Michael Pena, Michael Douglas and Game of Thrones' Hannah John-Kamen. Fresh Off the Boat star Randall Park recently joined the cast as SHIELD agent Jimmy Woo.

How XCOM 2: War of the Chosen Ramps Up Threats
With War of the Chosen, Firaxis is making a big move to increase XCOM 2’s tactical variety. In just the first couple of hours of a campaign, I saw several new mission types, two new soldier classes, new enemy types, some major new mechanics, and no fewer than four voice actors from Star Trek: The Next Generation. And from the look of it, there’s a lot more where that came from.
All of the missions I played – including some revamped versions of original XCOM 2 missions – felt new and different thanks to distinct objectives, and none had a “game over” turn timer where you’ll lose if it expires. I don’t mind those as much as some, but it’s great to see less reliance on that mechanic in missions. The first one I played was an introduction to two of the three new factions: the Skirmishers (Advent defectors who’ve managed to remove their own implants) and the Reapers, in which you’re arranging a meet between the two feuding factions. They both hate Advent, but the Reapers’ leader (voiced by Jonathan Frakes, AKA William Riker) doesn’t trust the Skirmishers or their leader (voiced by Denise Crosby, AKA Tasha Yar) and… seems to want to eat them. As food.
Marvel’s Inhumans: New Poster Revealed
With San Diego Comic-Con right around the corner, IGN's got an exclusive look at the SDCC poster art for the upcoming Marvel's Inhumans live-action TV series - which premieres September 29th on ABC (with the first two episodes first debuting almost a month earlier, on September 1st, in IMAX theaters!).
The poster comes from comic artist Jae Lee, who -- alongside writer Paul Jenkins -- created the acclaimed 12-issue Inhumans comic book in 1998 that is considered one of the best stories ever about the characters. The SDCC image includes Lee's interpretation of Marvel’s Inhumans series characters, including Black Bolt, Medusa, Maximus, Karnak, Gorgon, Crystal, Triton, and Lockjaw. Check it out!

Meet the Main Characters of Marvel’s Inhumans
Marvel's Inhumans will soon be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe when it debuts on IMAX and ABC in September. Though the Inhumans were previously introduced on Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, Inhumans will be introducing audiences to the Inhuman Royal Family, led by the silent but deadly Black Bolt, who reside on the dark side of the Moon in the city of Attilan.
"I think of all of the potential adaptations that Marvel could want to do for television, The Inhumans has got to be one of the bravest because it is so out there, and in a great way. I'm acting with a giant, imaginary dog sometimes, you know?" star Anson Mount said of the series. "I can tell you right now there's not going to be anything on TV remotely like this show. That in and of itself, I think as a viewer, I think that that would be interesting to watch to see how the hell are they going to do this."

Gran Turismo Sport Closed Beta Ends This Week
The Gran Turismo Sport closed beta test is reportedly wrapping up this week, with Polyphony Digital waving the chequered flag on the beta at 11PM Japan time on July 16. The news comes via Twitter where a number of Japanese beta players are reporting a post from an official, private GT Sport beta forum.
IGN has contacted Sony for confirmation.
The beta received regular updates across its duration. The final update, which arrived just last week, introduced tyre wear, fuel depletion, and car damage.
The GT Sport closed beta originally launched in North America back in March and later kicked off in Europe during April. It was eventually rolled out in Japan and Oceania at the end of May.
17-Minute Rock Opus In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida Hits Rock Band
We haven’t reported on Rock Band 4’s DLC for a while, but this week is a little more interesting than most: the full, 17-minute album version of Iron Butterfly’s In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida is coming to Rock Band this Thursday.
According to Harmonix the average length of a Rock Band track is about four-and-a-half minutes, making this track nearly four times the length of an average DLC song. It’ll cost an extra dollar more than usual to download, too, on account of its extreme length.
As one of the most iconic songs of the ’60s, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida is frequently credited with blazing a trail from acid rock to the early days of metal.
