"Yes, we would do Agent Carter tomorrow, at the same time as this show. I love that show," Fazekas said.

Agent Carter ran for two seasons on ABC from 2015-2016, while the character of Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) has appeared in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films, having first debuted in Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011. At the 2017 summer TV Critics' Association press tour, ABC President Channing Dungey spoke about the future of Marvel at ABC.

When asked about the initial backlash to the quality of Marvel's Inhumans in the first look photo and trailer, Dungey said, "A lot of the first stuff was a reaction to Medusa's wig.
