Underworld Director Joins X-Men TV Series

Underworld director Len Wiseman has joined FOX's upcoming X-Men TV series The Gifted.

Deadline reports Wiseman will serve as an executive producer and will direct the show's second episode, “A New World."

Wiseman will be teaming up with The Gifted creator/showrunner Matt Nix once again, as the duo executive produced the Fox drama A.P.B. Wiseman also recently served as executive producer on FOX's Lucifer and Sleepy Hollow.

Daniel Craig Confirms He’ll Return to Bond Role

Update: Daniel Craig officially confirmed he will return as 007 in James Bond 25 on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

When asked if he would return to the role, Craig responded 'yes' straight away.

"I always wanted to, I wanted a break," said Craig of stepping back into Bond's shoes.

Original story is below.

Despite reports claiming that Daniel Craig will indeed return to play 007 in James Bond 25, the man himself said he is unsure whether or not he will play Bond once again.

"No decision has been made at the moment, there's a lot of noise out there and nothing official has been confirmed and I'm not, like, holding out for more money or doing anything like that," Craig, who has portrayed Bond in four films so far starting with Casino Royale, explained on Boston radio show Morning Magic 106.7 (via Birth.Movies.Death.).

Wolfenstein 2 & Kicking Nazi Ass in Pop Culture

During a Wolfenstein 2 panel at E3 this year, I asked Bethesda’s VP of PR and Marketing at Bethesda Softworks Pete Hines why people loved shooting things in the Wolfenstein series so much. I was immediately corrected by Hines, with notable urgency, that people don’t just love shooting ‘things’ in Wolfenstein, they love shooting Nazis.

It was a common sentiment sprouting from Bethesda and Wolfenstein developer MachineGames throughout their E3 showing, and it’s reflected in the first several hours of the game itself. In Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus you slice, chop, mangle, and dessicate Nazis in bold, brilliant relief. As American super spy B.J. Blazkowicz, you’re not surviving the Nazi regime, you’re absolutely brutalising it.

According to Ubisoft, the free update brings with it Global Events, which are week-long themed events that will let players earn new vanity items and classified gear via earned Tokens. Some of these events will also have global modifiers, which will affect regular PvE missions and the game's map in interesting ways.

Players can also look forward to acquiring the new classified gear sets, which grant bonuses for equipping five or six pieces at a time. There are also plenty of new cosmetic items, with patches and faces masks that can be earned by completing challenges.

The most recent episode of Game of Thrones, "Eastwatch," brought in 10.7 million viewers, once again setting ratings records for the hit HBO series. The episode marks back-to-back weeks in which the series broke its previous viewership record.
