Every Justice League Member Ever

The Justice League isn’t the first team of superheroes to emerge in the DC Comics Universe, but it’s undoubtedly the most famous.

Read on for our brief history of the team, or watch the video above for the full rundown of ever character who has ever joined the Justice League!

The original Justice League of America was conceived and written by Gardner Fox and debuted in 1960’s “The Brave and the Bold - NUMBER 28”.

That comic united seven pre-existing heroes - Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter - as they joined forces to battle the enormous alien villain known as Starro.

That original team lineup has become affectionately referred to by fans as “The Big Seven.” The exact origin story of the Justice League has changed quite a bit over the years, but for the most part, that founding lineup has remained the same.

DCEU’s CinemaScores: What Audiences Think

The DC Extended Universe just grew in a major way thanks to the release of Justice league. But while some are celebrating the big screen debut of this iconic super-team, others are bemoaning the lukewarm reviews. Still, that's nothing really new for the DCEU. Since the release of 2013's Man of Steel, critics and fans alike have been very divided on the quality of this cinematic universe.

We thought it would be fun to look at the five DCEU films released thus far and see how their CinemaScore rankings (which are determined by polling casual moviegoers) compare to the Rotten Tomatoes scores and the total box office grosses. Check out our slideshow below to find out how each movie measures up:

Wolverine's resurrection in Marvel Legacy #1 is just the beginning of the character's latest journey. Today Marvel hinted at some big things to come for the iconic X-Man in 2018, including the revelation of Wolverine's "startling secret."

But before that story begins, fans will be treated to a new Wolverine adventure serialized in the pages of several ongoing Marvel books. Marvel's press release referred to these story segments "after-credit scenes," clearly looking to invoke the popularity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's post-credits teasers.

Why Kylo Ren Rebelled Against His Parents

Star Wars actor Adam Driver has opened up on why Kylo Ren turned to the dark side and abandoned his parents in the current trilogy.

Talking to Entertainment Weekly, the actor explained that his character felt that his parents Leia and Han cared more about the rebellion than their son.

“I think the idea of someone whose parents are very much devoted to the cause, that’s something a lot of people could relate to, whether it be religion or politics or a business,” Driver explained. “Not identifying with

yourself, I think can give someone a complex."

With the events of The Force Awakens, Driver believes Kylo is still coming to terms with what he's done.

Opinion: New EiC Is Good for Marvel Comics

The past couple weeks have been a real roller coaster for Marvel Comics fans. First came the news that writer Brian Michael Bendis is leaving the company for DC after 18 years. Now today, we learned that Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso has stepped down and will be replaced by C.B. Cebulski, who previously served as Marvel's VP of international brand management. It's a chaotic time for Marvel right now, with big changes happening behind the scenes and the company trying to reinvigorate its comic book line with the Marvel Legacy relaunch. But I take this latest news as a positive sign for Marvel's future in 2018. The company needed a major editorial shake-up, and Cebulski may be just the person to right the ship.

How Nintendo Made the Lyrics for Mario Odyssey’s Theme

Nintendo Treehouse's Rob Tunstall has revealed a few interesting details about the process in localizing Super Mario Odyssey's catchy song Jump Up, Super Star.

As detailed in a post on the Nintendo Treehouse blog, Tunstall began work on localizing the song in January of this year, when the music portion of the song was "basically done" and NCL's Nobuyoshi Suzuki already had written Japanese lyrics for the first section.

The direct translation of those lyrics resulted in the following:
