Is Star Trek: Discovery Course Correcting?

Spoilers follow for the latest episode of Discovery.

Sunday's episode of Star Trek: Discovery - “Vaulting Ambition,” the show's twelfth - contained no fewer than four major plot twists, which is almost par for the course by now. The most dramatic of those twists I will politely decline from discussing (even if said twist was already accurately predicted by many of the show's viewers), but a different reveal that came late in the episode presented viewers with information ripe for setting Star Trek: Discovery back on the right track. Or right trek, if you will.

Leaving Netflix in Feb: Nightmare Before Christmas, Family Guy, and More

February's official "last call" for movies and TV shows on Netflix includes Tim Burton animated joints like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride - along with the first eight seasons of Family Guy.

Plus, you'll notice a couple stand-up specials are taking a powder, like Aziz Ansari's Dangerously Delicious and Hannibal Buress' Animal Furnace.

David Slade's Hard Candy, starring Ellen Page, is also on the block, as well as classics like Brubaker, The Fury, and The Longest Day. Oh, and say goodbye to all of Burn Notice too. All in all, not too painful a purge.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds developer PUBG Corp. plans to donate up to $2 million to video game-related charities this year, the studio announced today.

The $2 million will be pulled from the sales of PUBG's 2017 Gamescom Invitational crates, which contained exclusive cosmetic items. The news follows PUBG Corp.'s $100,000 donation to the Twitch PUBG Winter Charity Invitational held in December 2017.

In 2018, $300,000 will go toward the PUBG Extra Life Charity Marathon, which will be held from January 29 through February 2 in support of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Extra Life, now a decade old, is a charity organization that uses gaming marathons to raise funds for sick and injured kids.
