Jessica Jones: What You Need to Know Before Season 2

Marvel’s blunt and super-strong private investigator Jessica Jones will return to Netflix for a brand new season on March 8. Not much has been revealed about the quick-witted character’s new adventures, but based on the trailer, it looks like it’ll delve deeper into her origin and finally reveal how she received her powers. (Also be sure to check out our Jessica Jones Season 2 premiere reaction!)

The best way to refresh your memory on Jessica’s story is obviously to rewatch the first season and Marvel’s the Defenders, but not everyone has time for that. Luckily for you, we’re here to tell you everything you need to know about Jessica Jones’ story so far!

Overwatch Hero 27 Announced

After a series of teases, Blizzard has confirmed Overwatch Hero 27 is Brigitte Lindholm, who will be available on the PTR today.

Brigitte's strengths lie in armor and defense as a support character, including her ability to throw repair packs and use her Flail, a melee weapon allowing her to hit a number of enemies with one swing.

Her full list of abilities, along with their official descriptions, include:

Oscars: 16 Best Pictures That Never Won Best Picture

In the tapestry of Best Picture winners, there are more than a few films that are sorely – and often shockingly – missing. These are the movies that a lot of people assume won Best Picture, but in fact, never did. Oftentimes, it was a lesser picture (at least in retrospect) that took home the Academy’s highest honor. For example, The King’s Speech taking the prize over The Social Network. Or La La Land oh so briefly being an Oscar winner before it was revealed Moonlight had actually won.

Whether it was an upset or an oversight, we thought it’d be fun, with Oscar Sunday fast approaching, to list off some of the films commonly mistaken as Best Pictures, even though they never got the recognition from the Academy.

Following his recent heart attack, Kevin Smith has reassured fans he's feeling much better now and will be undergoing a massive lifestyle change.

Smith shared what transpired on Sunday night via a Facebook video, revealing he didn't realize he was experiencing a heart attack after a stand-up show.

"I started feeling nauseous, and I tried to lay down on the floor, and when I was laying down on the floor, I wound up getting ill, like threw up but mostly bile,” Smith said. “I just thought I got some bad milk. That was it. I started feeling pressure on my chest, but not like, ‘There’s an elephant on my chest,’ I just couldn’t catch my breath. Honestly, I was never really in pain.”

How Much Will Wreck-It Ralph 2 Poke Fun at Disney?

The new trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 reveals that protagonists Wreck-It Ralph (voiced by John C. Reilly) and Vanellope Von Schweetz (voiced by Sarah Silverman) venture even further beyond the world they know than they did in the 2012 original, this time journeying into the Internet itself.

As Rich Moore explained to me during a recent phone interview with him and his fellow director Phil Johnston (both veterans of the first film), the filmmakers' intention for the Disney Animation sequel was to test the friendship between Ralph and Vanellope by thrusting them out of the familiarity of the old world into the unpredictability of a wild, new one.

  • Ratchet & Clank (PS4)

Bloodborne is FromSoftware's PS4-exclusive take on the Souls series. We called it "an amazing, exacting, and exhausting pilgrimage through a gorgeous land that imposes the feeling of approaching the bottom of a descent into madness", in our 9.1 review.

Ratchet & Clank is the beautiful remake of Insomniac's classic 3D platformer - we called it "one of the most charming, creative, and rewarding adventures in recent memory."
