Deadpool #300 Is the End for Current Creative Team
Deadpool #300 will be the last issue worked on by the current creative team of the past five years.
Newsarama reports the issue will end the run from writer Gerry Duggan, artist Mike Hawthorne, and Editor Jordan D. White, who if added up, comprise nearly 20 years of work on the series.
The three announced their departures from the anti-hero on their individual Twitter accounts, all remarking on how much they will miss working on the project.

Rainbow Six Siege Doubling Down on Banning Racist, Homophobic Language
Rainbow Six Siege is making changes to the systems in place to ban those using racist and homophobic language, as well as other hate speech, in game.
A Reddit post details the punishments, ranging from 2 days to permanent bans, which will be applied case-by-case depending on the severity of the infraction.
The post states the language taken action against is explained in the games Code of Conduct to be “Any language or content deemed illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, ethically offensive or constituting harassment is forbidden.”
Regular Show Jumps 25 Years Into the Future in New Comic
Regular Show is coming back via a new comic book series set 25 years after the series finale.
BOOM! Studios and Cartoon Network have teamed up for a six-issue limited comic book series titled Regular Show: 25 Years Later. The comic, from writer Christopher Hastings and artist Anna Johnstone, will follow an older Mordecai, Rigby, and the rest 25 years into the future.

Live-Action Aladdin Remake New Songs From Greatest Showman Duo
Disney's upcoming live-action Aladdin remake will feature new songs form The Greatest Showman songwriters.
In an interview with Variety, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the duo behind music for The Greatest Showman as well as La La Land, revealed they've worked on two new songs for Aladdin. Pasek and Paul collaborated with longtime Disney composer Alan Menken on the new music.
“We got to collaborate with one of our heroes, Alan Menken," Pasek said. "We collaborated with him and wrote the lyrics for two new songs for Aladdin.”
Menken composed scores for several classic animated Disney films, such as Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and the original Aladdin. Meanwhile, Pasek and Paul won the Oscar for Best Original Song for La La Land's "City of Stars” last year. They also received a nomination this year for The Greatest Showman's "This is Me."
Fortnite Dev Banning Players Who Team Up in Solo Matches
Fortnite Developer Epic is taking action against players teaming up in Battle Royale's solo game mode.
PCGamesN reports the response comes after a Reddit thread featured a video in which five players were working together in the solo mode. Comments on the thread revealed players were able to team up somewhat reliably by joining a game of Battle Royale at the same time.
This put those playing the mode as an intended free-for-all on the back foot with teams having an easy advantage over solo players.

It’s been over a decade-and-a-half since Andy Serkis’s astounding performance as Gollum in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was passed over for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. It’s a fate which also befell all three of his performances in the rebooted Planet of the Apes series, and while we’re at it, it’s a fate that keeps befalling other talented motion capture actors (like Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' Toby Kebbell ) and even makeup effects actors, such as Doug Jones (The Shape of Water).
My Hero Academia Season 3 Dub Will Air Alongside Subtitled Simulcast
Just like with Season 2, My Hero Academia's upcoming third season will premiere in both Japanese and English on April 7.
Funimation will air the first six episodes of the English SimulDub and the English-subtitled simulcast on its streaming service FunimationNow the same day they broadcast in Japan. The first six episodes will stream simultaneously in the United States, Canada, Japan, Ireland and the UK.
Additionally, all 25 episodes of Season 3 will stream in SimulDub on FunimationNow and in subtitled simulcast on both Hulu and Crunchyroll. As announced earlier this year, the third season premieres on April 7.
Disney Investigating Alleged Theft of Solo Poster Designs
French artist Hachim Bahous has accused Disney of borrowing his art designs for Solo: A Star Wars Story posters without his permission.
THR reports Bahous made the claim over the weekend via a Facebook post, stating the work he did on a series of albums in 2015 looks too similar to the Solo posters released earlier this year. Disney is said to be looking into the allegations and provided the following statement to THR: "The posters were created by an outside vendor and it’s something we are currently looking into."
Bahous' post has since been set to private, but THR was able to nab a screenshot in time. The post includes images of the Solo posters and Bahous' album covers.
