Avengers Infinity War: First Reactions to Footage Presentation
Marvel Studios and Disney screened the first 24 minutes of Avengers: Infinity War ahead of the film's April 27 release, and those lucky enough to see the teaser have begun posting impressions on social media.
Although official reviews are embargoed for a few more weeks, the film's first impressions have been wildly positive, so it sounds like there will be a lot for fans to look forward to.
Irish media outlet JOE.ie praised the film, saying the teaser is "an amazing treat" and even in 24 minutes, it managed to be "more quotable than most feature-length films." They praise the film's "epic" action and "spectacular" villains, saying now they "just want to watch it ALL!"

Final Fantasy XV, Shadow of the Tomb Raider Crossover Announced
During a panel at PAX East today, Square Enix announced that a collaboration between Final Fantasy XV and Shadow of the Tomb Raider is on the way.
A single image shown at the end of the panel teased the news, but no other information was revealed other than that it’s “coming soon.”
Final Fantasy XV is no stranger to collaborations recently, adding Assassin’s Creed outfits and a Half-Life pack on PC in recent months.
Final Fantasy XV: 4 New Story DLC Episodes Coming in 2019
During a panel at PAX East today, Square Enix confirmed that four additional DLC episodes are coming to Final Fantasy XV in 2019.
The episodes will portray an “alternate grand finale” for the game, showing "a future everyone longed for," meaning a possible outcome that could have existed for each of four characters:
- The first full episode will focus on Ardyn and is tentatively titled The Conflict of the Sage. The episode "portrays the struggles of Ardyn. Witness the resentment he harbored toward Lucis for over 2000 years, and his clashes with the Astrals"
- A smaller “side story” episode will focus on Aranea Highwind of the Niflheim Empire and will focus on the Starscourge disease. "The final day of the Empire turns out to be Aranea's worst day," Square Enix teased.
Final Fantasy XV’s Multiplayer Mode Will Get Standalone Release
During a panel at PAX East today, Square Enix announced a new update coming to Final Fantasy XV’s Comrades multiplayer mode.
Later this year, a new update will add raid bosses and battle challenges for players for the first time.
This summer, Comrades will also be available standalone, so players won’t need to have the disc or full game installed in order to play. No other details were revealed (including whether the standalone version will be available for free or for a price), but Square Enix says it will reveal more information down the road.

Avengers: Infinity War is currently tracking for a $200 million-plus opening in the U.S.
THR reports the MCU ensemble film could make north of that during its opening weekend, which begins on April 27. However, Disney insiders are reportedly being more conservative with a suggested $175 million to $200 million opening.
Only seven films have ever opened to $175 million or more domestically, not adjusting for inflation, and most of them are from Disney. The list includes this year's Black Panther ($202 million), which recently passed 2015's Jurassic World ($652.3 million) at the domestic box office. It's now the fourth highest-grossing movie of all time in the U.S with an estimated $652.5 million domestic total so far.
Final Fantasy XV Gets Mod Support, Level Editor, Character Creator on PC This Year
During a panel at PAX East today, Square Enix announced a character creator, mod support, a level editor, and more coming to Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition this year.
The character creator previously available in the Comrades multiplayer mode will now be able to be used in the main campaign of Windows Edition, allowing players to change the appearance of Noctis.
In addition, Windows Edition will also receive mod support this Spring, allowing players to upload creations to Steam Workshop, starting with outfits and weapons.

Rian Johnson Explains How He’s Making a New Star Wars Trilogy
Rian Johnson has explained to IGN how he's approaching his new Star Wars trilogy, seemingly the first mainline Star Wars movies outside of 'The Skywalker Saga'.
"We're just at the very beginning of figuring out what this new thing is going to be," he explained in an interview with IGN, "but part of the excitement of it is really trying to hone in on 'what is Star Wars?' What was Star Wars for me the very first time I saw it when I was a little kid? What are the combination of elements that just made me want to jump into the screen, and made me want to go home and instantly start telling my own stories?"
Core to that idea for Johnson seems to be trying to imagine how a film can feel like Star Wars without the series' most recognisable elements:
WWE’s New Day: Hosting WrestleMania was Better Than Having a Match
This Sunday, at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans, Kofi Kingston, Big E. and Xavier Woods - known collectively as The New Day - have a chance to win the RAW tag team titles when they go up against champs The Usos and monsters The Bludgeon Brothers.
Last year though, at 'Mania 33, New Day weren't featured in the ladder match for the RAW tag team belts. They were the hosts of the show, and actually introduced the returning Hardy Boyz as the fourth team in that match. But instead of feeling "left out," New Day actually thought hosting was a better gig than being in the bout. Speaking to them about it, they were able to see the upside.
