Overwatch Considering Cross-Platform Progression Sharing
Overwatch players could potentially be able to share progress between consoles sometime in the future.
Speaking to PC Games News, game director Jeff Kaplan said Blizzard is having "ongoing and frequent discussions" about cross-platform progression sharing with their tech group.
"It's something we would very like to explore," Kaplan said. "It's very challenging for many reasons, and I won't get into all the details as to why, but I think it's a very valid desire that our players have and it's something that the Overwatch team would love to figure out."

Mark Hamill doesn't care anymore about returning to Star Wars and reprising his role as Luke Skywalker.
In an interview with ABC News (via CinemaBlend), Hamill revealed losing Carrie Fisher, who passed away in 2016 at age 60, has ruined any enjoyment he had of ever returning to the franchise. Also, not having Harrison Ford play Han Solo in future Star Wars movies has also tarnished Hamill's desire of coming back.
"It really has tarnished my ability to enjoy it to its fullest," Hamill said, speaking about the loss of Fisher and returning to Star Wars. "You were asking earlier, 'Are you gonna come back?' I don't care anymore, on that level. Because Han Solo is gone, Luke is gone.
Bourne Spin-Off Among New Pilot Orders at USA Network
USA Network is developing a potential Bourne TV spin-off.
Deadline reports the network has ordered an hour-long pilot titled Treadstone, focusing on the CIA black ops program known as Operation Treadstone that Jason Bourne was a part of. The story will follow the present-day actions of the program, as sleeper agents across the globe are suddenly “awakened” to resume their lethal missions.
The series hails from Heroes creator Tim Kring, who will also pen the pilot and executive produce. Ramin Bahrani (99 Homes) is directing and will executive produce as well along with Kring, Ben Smith, Jeffrey Weiner, Justin Levy, and Bradley Thomas.

PUBG Creator Wants to Support It for 20 Years
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds creator Brendan 'PlayerUnknown' Green wants to support the breakout battle royale game "for the next 20 years."
Speaking at the BAFTA awards, Green said, "We want to do this for the next 20 years. We really want to build out a platform for game modes and possible esports. We're committed to supporting this game for a long time."

Greene also touched on PUBG's upcoming maps, saying its next 8x8 map will be arriving later this year, which is supposed to be set near the Adriatic Sea. The second round of testing for its 4x4 Savage map will also begin Tuesday, April 17, he said, and more access keys will be sent out on Saturday, April 14.
Disney-Pixar Reveals New Incredibles 2 Poster
In anticipation of the Parr family's return, Disney-Pixar has lifted the veil on a new Incredibles 2 poster.

Marvel Comics' recently concluded six-issue miniseries Punisher: War Machine, by writer Matthew Rosenberg and artist Guiu Vilanova, was an over-the-top yet straightforward murderous action adventure: standard fare for a Punisher comic. Under the surface, however, the comic’s fun death romp displays a fundamental misunderstanding of what makes the character work.
The whole thing kicks off with Nick Fury giving the Punisher access to the War Machine suit in order to stop rogue S.H.I.E.L.D. agents stirring up political unrest in the fictional European country of Chernaya. Naturally, he goes rogue with the suit and sets off on a Punishing spree through Chernaya, liberating wrongly incarcerated prisoners and destroying military bases along the way, and at one point using the suit to literally rip a man’s body in half.
Shovel Knight Has Sold 2 Million Units
Yacht Club Games has announced Shovel Knight has reached another milestone with two million units sold.
The developer shared the news in a post on its official website. To celebrate the occasion, the game will get a week-long 20 percent discount on all platforms starting today. Owners of Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove will receive the final campaign, King of Cards, for free upon its release.
Initially released as a digital-only title in 2014 on PC, Wii U, and 3DS, Shovel Knight got a retail release in 2015, before getting renamed to Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove and being split into three standalone releases.

New Soulcalibur 6 Character Announced
Bandai Namco has confirmed fan-favorite character Siegfried is joining Soulcalibur VI's growing roster of fighters.
Announced via a new gameplay trailer, Siegfried and his giant sword are coming back for the upcoming sixth entry in the fighting game franchise. This time around, however, he seems to be sporting slightly longer hair and a scarf to boot.

The warrior has appeared in every single Soulcalibur entry so far and will once again go up against his corrupted counterpart Nightmare, who's also confirmed for the new game.
Soulcalibur VI has now revealed a total of ten characters from its roster. Alongside Siegfried, The Witcher 3's Geralt is joining the fight as well as Ivy, Zasalamel, Mitsurugi, Sophitia, Kilik, Nightmare, Xianghua, and newcomer, Grøh.
