In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, co-showrunner Jonathan Nolan teased what fans might expect from the new world, saying him and co-showrunner Lisa Joy wanted to make Shogun World feel as authentic as possible. This meant having an episode be almost entirely in Japanese.
"We wanted to feel like our story dropped into a totally different world," Nolan said. "Basically, we have a whole episode in Japanese."
Nolan also discussed some of the inspirations behind Shogun World, which is confirmed to be based in the Edo period (1603-1867). According to Nolan, Kurosawa and Sonny Chiba films heavily influenced the design and feel of the new Season 2 park.
Legion Just Namedropped Another Big X-Men Plot Point
For as wacky and artsy and amazing as FX's Legion can be, there's no denying that it's also managing to tie itself inextricably to the bigger world of the X-Men even while avoiding the X-Men themselves for the most part. And last night's episode, "Chapter 10," kept that approach going with a brief namedrop that opens up the world of the show immensely: The Shi'ar.
Obviously, spoilers follow for Legion up through the second episode of Season 2.

Popular third-party sales tracking site Steam Spy has announced it will no longer be able to operate due to a change Valve is making to Steam’s privacy settings.
Though not entirely accurate, Steam Spy would scrape information from public Steam profiles to estimate how many copies a game had potentially sold on Steam. But with Valve’s newly announced adjustments to Steam profile privacy settings, what games are in your library will now be hidden by default.
“Steam Spy relied on this information being visible by default and won't be able to operate anymore,” the site announced on Twitter. In an interview with EuroGamer, Steam Spy creator Sergey Galyonkin said that he would likely leave the archive up, but would probably shut down its Patreon page and not update the site anymore.

Knights of Light Is a Medieval RPG Set in the Middle East
Egyptian developer Rumbling Games Studio's debut game, Knights of Light, is a historical action-RPG set in 7th century Iraq.
Knights of Light takes place during the battles between the Sasanian Empire and Arab forces in the 600s and features a main character based on an unnamed historical figure. Several boss characters will also be based on people from the medieval era, though the developer has yet to reveal any specific names.
Rumbling Games says its game design and story structure take inspiration from The Witcher series, which is evident in the developer's decision to include a "hidden fantasy path" within the campaign. The action-RPG will also feature multiple side quests and "playable side characters."
