Syfy Orders Deadly Class Comic Adaptation From Infinity War Directors
Syfy has picked up the Deadly Class comic adaptation from Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo.
The network ordered a pilot for the show last year, which is based on the acclaimed Image Comics graphic novel of the same name by Rick Remender and Wes Craig. The story is set in a dark world against the backdrop of late 1980s counter culture.
The series follows a homeless teen being recruited into a elite private school where every crime family in the world sends their kids. He must survive a ruthless curriculum and social cliques while trying to maintain his moral code.
For Honor Adding New Training Mode Over a Year After Release
Ubisoft is adding a new training mode to For Honor over a year after the game's initial release.
The mode will be available as a free update on April 19 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. It will let new and veteran players hone their skills in a variety of ways before heading into battle.
Newcomers can learn the controls and familiarize themselves with the game's basic and more advanced techniques in the Apprentice Trials and the Warriors Trials. You'll also have a grading system which will allow you to replay and measure your progression.
For advanced players, the Training Arena is a great place to perfect your mastery of the Art of Battle, as well as go up against specific Heroes or move sets. Lastly, the Training Media is an in-game library for tutorials where you can watch helpful videos on game modes, the faction war, and learn some quick info on in-game features.
The Westworld TV Series Nobody Talks About
HBO’s Westworld is everywhere. It’s on billboards and computer screens, in articles from just about every publication you can think of, and theories about what could possibly happen next are filling every social media platform and message board. Whether you love the series or not, it’s enough to make us all wonder if we’ll ever get BEYOND Westworld… which is pretty ironic, since we already got a TV series call Beyond Westworld way back in 1980.
Yes, 36 years before HBO got the incredible idea to turn a futuristic amusement park full of realistic and increasingly self-aware robots into a mystery-laden, high-concept and super expensive television series, CBS tried to turn Michael Crichton’s Westworld into a television show about robots infiltrating football teams and rock bands.
World of Demons: Platinum’s Latest Pits Samurai Against Folktale Creatures in a Gorgeous Japanese Setting
The world is aflame. Fires burn all around and the ground glows red, but my attention is consumed by something else: the demon Kuma Doji, towering in front of me, wielding a scythe so large that my katana feels like a toothpick by comparison.
He leaps up high into the air, weapon raised, but just as he swings ferociously down I evade to the side, kicking the scene into slow-motion and allowing me to splash a great gash of black ink across the screen. I dance away from the ice pillars that spring up all around and trigger a special ability, calling on one of my equipped yokai, a sickle-wielding weasel called kama-itachi, to let me attack from range. The boss falls, showering the ground with loot, and I sit back to think about my first taste of a mobile title from PlatinumGames.

Malware-Infected Minecraft Skins Were Available on Official Website
Until recently, skins containing malware were available to download on the official Minecraft website, Minecraft.net. It's estimated that almost 50,000 users have been infected as a result.
As revealed by cybersecurity firm Avast, the malware was delivered inside PNG files used to apply new Minecraft avatar skins. Avast points out that by being distributed through the official Minecraft site, even warnings that the files were infected could be treated by users as a mistake.
The included malware is "designed to reformat hard-drives and delete backup data and system programs", and can send messages to infected users' email inboxes, like the charming: “You Are Nailed, Buy A New Computer This Is A Piece Of S**t”.
The Weirdest Superman TV Series Ever
Superman celebrates his 80th anniversary this week, and while it’s obviously the perfect opportunity to relive the important events in this beloved pop culture icon’s life, it’s also the perfect time to remember that one time when he was a nightmare dog who worked for the Daily Bugle in a live-action television series called The Adventures of Superpup.
Let’s back up. The year was 1958, and after six years, The Adventures of Superman was still a lucrative television series. George Reeves starred as the title character, a handsome and moral hero who fought mad scientists and mole people on a regular basis, and who was impervious to bullets but always seemed to duck out of the way when bad guys threw their guns at him out of frustration.

GLOW Season 2 Premiere Date Announced
Netflix has announced the return date for GLOW's second season - June 29.
The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling are getting back in the ring for a 10-episode second season. The announcement came through a video spoofing the training montage from the 1983 film Flashdance with the wrestlers dancing to Michael Sembello's 'Maniac' in the locker room.
Alison Brie appeared as part of the announcement at Netflix's See What's Next event in Rome, and discussed the show's popularity and timeliness, particularly with regard to Hollywood's recent push for female empowerment:
"MeToo and Times’s Up are things people have been saying behind closed doors for a long time in our industry", Brie said at the event, as per Deadline. "It makes me very grateful as an actress to go to work every day. There are women behind and in front of the camera and at the top making decisions. It makes a big difference to feel really seen and heard on set and have ownership of yourself.”
Fortnite Removes Guided Missile Weapon
Following complaints, Epic has removed the Guided Missile weapon from Fortnite Battle Royale.
As part of a patch notes post on Reddit, an Epic spokesperson wrote:
"We’ve gotten a lot of feedback around the Guided Missile, in particular concerns over fairness and strength of the weapon. We share your concerns, so we’ve put the Guided Missile into the vault while we figure out the next steps for its future."
"The Vault" is Epic's term for items that have been removed from the game with a potential to return having been worked on internally. The Guided Missile joins submachine guns and smoke grenades. You can see a full list of Vault items on our Wiki.
