Two Point Hospital Is Shaping up to Be the Successor Theme Hospital Deserves

Two Point Hospital has a lot to live up to. It’s a spiritual successor to the 1997 classic Theme Hospital, being developed by many of the same folk that made the original. Thankfully, the charm and detail I saw all throughout the early demo I played made me more confident that Two Point Hospital could be the revival fans have been waiting decades for.

You’re put in charge of a private hospital and have to build out rooms, buy equipment, and hire staff to efficiently get patients in, diagnosed, cured, and out. Doing that makes you money, which lets you expand, which makes you more money, and so on. But unlike some similar builder games, you don’t choose the footprint of your building, so eventually you’ll run out of space and it becomes a game of optimization instead of expansion.

A World of Warcraft player has been fined and sentenced to a year in prison after carrying out a DDoS attack on Blizzard's servers.
