Hitman 2 Sniper Assassin is Deep, Fun, and Full of Potential

Planning, precision, and creativity are the hallmarks of a good assassin. The Hitman franchise is built on this foundation, allowing players to execute targets with deadly flair. One of the most satisfying ways to put down a foe is with a well-placed bullet from a lofty perch.

Enter Sniper Assassin, a new mode that is available for those who pre-ordered the recently announced Hitman 2. Players are given a sniper rifle and are perched atop a cliffside overlooking a large mansion. Your mission is to eliminate three targets along with all their bodyguards within 15 minutes. This is easier said than done, as the mansion is flooded with guests who are attending a wedding. It’s a classic Hitman setting, offering patient players a ton of opportunities to sculpt the perfect kill.

Castlevania Voice Actor Says Third Season Already in the Works

Season 2 of Netflix's Castlevania series hasn't even aired yet, but the third season has apparently been greenlit already nonetheless. Or, at the very least, is enough of a sure thing to already be in production.

Richard Armitage, who voices protagonist Trevor Belmont, informed Digital Spy that production on the third season will start soon.

"We're about to record a third

" said Armitage. "The second season hasn't been aired yet, but we're about to do a third."

Netflix hasn't officially announced a third season for Castlevania, but a possible third season renewal wouldn't be a total shock. Netflix renewed Castlevania for a second season the same day the series debuted. That second-season order was also for twice as many episodes as Season 1.

Why Valve Can Curate Steam Without Stifling Creative Freedom

Valve recently announced that it would change Steam’s policy to allow everything onto the platform, as long as they didn’t deem it illegal or “straight up trolling.” They said they want “to focus less on trying to police what should be on Steam.” That desire was spurred by a recent incident where Valve threatened to ban a handful of erotic games, and then actually did ban a school shooting simulator as well as a handful of other games.

Marvel’s Jeph Loeb on Whether The Defenders: Season 2 Is Planned

Looks like we may have to wait a long, long while before we get a second season of Marvel's The Defenders. If at all.

During an AMA on Reddit today, as picked up by CBR, Marvel's head of TV Jeph Loeb revealed a second season of the Netflix team-up series was simply "not in the plans right now, but you never know!"

The Defenders saw Marvel's New York City street-level heroes Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist join forces to take on The Hand. The 8-episode first season, which debuted on August 18, 2017, was even the reportedly least-watched Marvel series launch on the streaming giant in the U.S.

The Internet Is Pretty Sure It’s Fixed Star Wars: The Last Jedi

File this one into your "the Internet wins again" folder. Twitter user Josh Scully posted a hilarious re-edit of Star Wars: The Last Jedi that offers a suggestion for an abridged -- and, honestly, infinitely epic -- twist on Episode VIII.

Josh mashed up two key scenes from the film -- when Leia uses her Force powers in space to travel back to the Resistance ship, and when Holdo jumps to light speed to destroy the First Order fleet -- into what he suggests is "The Last Jedi fixed." You can watch the scene below, which is hosted in IGN's player with permission from the original owner.

This video accrued more than 780,000 views on Josh's Twitter at publish time, so it seems like a lot of people on the web agree with Josh's humorous edit. And yes, he is aware that this version means we would lose lot of the film.
