The Last of Us Part II Poster May Give Us Our Best Look Yet at Joel in Sequel
A new official The Last of Us poster featuring Joel has been released for Outbreak Day 2018, and it may just give us our best look yet at Joel in the upcoming The Last of Us Part II.
Available on the official The Last of Us website, the poster shows Joel sitting down in what appears to be a wooded area playing an acoustic guitar next to a wolf. Enemies in the most recent gameplay demonstration of The Last of Us Part II called Ellie “The Wolf,” suggesting that this beast represents the sequel’s protagonist.
Though his eyes are obscured, sporting what looks to be a new haircut, Joel appears to be about the same age as in the first game, though the sequel takes place years later. Ellie’s arm tattoo in the sequel features a moth, a few of which can be seen flying around in the poster (though these may just be butterflies). Take a look at the poster below. We’ve reached out to Sony to confirm if this is indeed Joel’s new look in The Last of Us Part II.

In our review of Friday the 13th: The Game, we called it “Okay” saying,"Despite that lopsided gameplay and some pretty heinous glitches, there is some dumb fun to be had here – which is all the movies ever really offered, anyway."
