Nintendo Direct Arriving Tomorrow
Nintendo has confirmed that a new Nintendo Direct will be arriving tomorrow, February 13.
Announced by Nintendo, this Direct will air at 2pm PT/5pm ET/11pm BST and promises "35 minutes of information on upcoming Nintendo Switch titles, including new details on Fire Emblem: Three Houses."
This will be Nintendo's first Direct since the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct that aired on November 1, even though it has held smaller presentations like the Indie Highlights last month that featured nine indie games.
Anthem Live-Action Short Teased With New Trailer
Valentine's Day is more than just a day to celebrate love, at least for this year, with the announcement a new live-action short set in the Anthem universe premieres February 14.
The short is from District 9 director Neill Blomkamp and is set "decades before the events of the game," according to the description.

Aquaman 2 Officially in Development
The sequel to DC's Aquaman is officially in development at Warner Bros.
As reported by THR, Aquaman's sequel will be written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick, who co-wrote the original film.
James Wan, who directed the first movie that has earned over $1 billion worldwide, is in negotiations to return as producer alongside Peter Safran, but it is unknown if he will also return as director.
Daniel Radcliffe Thinks Harry Potter Will Get Rebooted
While debunking rumors that he'll play Wolverine when Marvel recasts the role, Daniel Radcliffe revealed that he's not opposed to joining another franchise, despite dedicating a large chunk of his career to the Harry Potter universe.
"Any project that the script is good for, I would be into," he told IGN while promoting his new TBS comedy series Miracle Workers. "I can completely understand why some directors would be hesitant about putting me into a franchise because I have a lot of baggage from another franchise, so I can see why that would make people not want to do that necessarily. But I would be very happy to."

Shazam! Has a Post-Credits Scene, But What About DC Cameos?
IGN was among the media outlets invited last week to the Warner Bros. backlot to watch roughly fifteen minutes of footage from Shazam!, during which time director David F. Sandberg and producer Peter Safran confirmed their DC movie has an end credits scene and addressed rumors about cameos from Henry Cavill's Superman and/or Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam.

Again, Dwayne Johnson Won't Cameo as Black Adam
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been attached to play Black Adam since 2014. In the five years since that official announcement, it was decided that Shazam! and Black Adam, one of Shazam's most iconic villains, would get two separate movies in order to do each character justice. And although Johnson has twice denied that he'd appear in Shazam! (first in 2017 and then again in 2018), one of the journalists asked the filmmakers about a rumor he'd heard that Johnson was indeed available and interested in making a cameo as Black Adam in a post-credits scene but the concern was that a costume would not be available in time to do it. The filmmakers shot that rumor down.

Apex Legends Has Hit 25 Million Total Players, Details Upcoming Events
EA's new battle royale shooter Apex Legends has reached 25 million total players since its debut last week.
An update on the official EA website from Respawn Entertainment CEO Vince Zampella announced the news of the milestone, which also notes that the game hosted two million concurrent players during its peak over the weekend.
During its first three days, Apex Legends drew in 10 million players, 2.5 million of which were during the first day. This isn't too shabby given that Fortnite broke the 8 million mark last November.
