Where to Start The Promised Neverland Manga After Watching Season 1

As the children reach the conclusion of the first season of The Promised Neverland anime, there are still plenty of unanswered questions. If you don't want to wait until 2020 to find out what's next for Emma, Ray, and the rest of the kids, your best bet is to pick up the manga. There are a total of 13 volumes and counting (only nine of those are officially translated) of the manga, but we have two suggestions as to where you should start.

The Promised Neverland anime ends with Chapter 37 of the manga, so you'll want to read Chapter 38 in volume 5 to see what happens next. Though that's a place where you can start, I highly recommend going back and reading from Chapter 1. The Promised Neverland anime's production team took some liberties with their adaptation to make it a more exciting (and tense) viewing experience. The manga features quite a few monologues and other great moments that were ultimately cut or trimmed for the anime. The tone of the manga can be different at times too. I guarantee you'll have a better sense of the world of The Promised Neverland if you start with the beginning.

When I Died on Game of Thrones: Inside the Show’s Most Painful Death

In honor of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, IGN is taking a look back at some of the iconic characters who've fallen along the way, and the lasting impact they had on the story. These heroes and villains may not have made it to the end of the road, but their lives weren't in vain - they stand as a fitting reminder that when you play the game of thrones, you win, or you die.

Shireen Baratheon was one of the true innocents on Game of Thrones, which is why her death stands as one of the most memorable -- and horrifying -- in the show's history. She was a sweet little girl with no guile or malice, and with her death, Game of Thrones proved to us that not even the most innocent characters are safe.

Gemini Man Showed Will Smith Fighting His Digitally De-Aged Self

Paramount’s CinemaCon presentation showed the first footage from director Ang Lee and star Will Smith’s Gemini Man, an upcoming sci-fi action film that sees Smith’s master assassin pitted against a clone of his younger self. Utilizing digital de-aging tech, Smith, 50, faces off against his 23-year-old self in the high-concept movie.

In a prerecorded greeting to theater owners, Smith sang the praises of Ang Lee and the film they made together: “We managed to shoot something that’s never been done before, an action-adventure exploration of what one’s younger self can teach one’s older self.” Smith added that Gemini Man will feature “nuanced, relatable characters, with some crazy action.”

Sekiro: Accessibility in Games is About Far More than ‘Difficulty’

‘Difficulty’ in games is entirely relative to individual players; what’s ‘ultra hard’ and ‘unplayable’ for one is ‘too easy’ and ‘boring’ for another. Meaning, it’s a construct of the realities that game designers create, delicately tailored to the perceptions of their audience. And accessibility – my focus as a consultant on games, working with AAA developers like Guerrilla to Indies like Gambrinous – is an area of game design that’s often deeply misunderstood; it’s about barriers, not difficulty. So, by focusing on “difficulty modes” we might miss wider opportunities of being able to welcome more players because they may perceive any number of barriers to playing well or pain/stress free as ‘difficulty’. I’m here not just as an expert trying to shed some light, but also as a passionate fan of gruelling games like Souls-likes who wouldn’t want to see any of their defining qualities diminished.

Suicide Squad 2: Idris Elba to Play New Character

New reports suggest Idris Elba won't play Deadshot in The Suicide Squad out of respect to Will Smith - though he will reportedly play another character.

Reported by Variety, everyone involved, including director James Gunn, decided to move on from the Deadshot character entirely for this new film. It’s unclear which character Elba will play, but the sources suggest that nobody wanted to disrespect Smith, who portrayed Deadshot in 2016’s Suicide Squad. This theoretically leaves the door open for Smith to return in future Suicide Squad or other DCEU films, as his reason for not returning simply involved scheduling conflicts.

When Does The Witcher Come Out on Netflix?

We're starting to delve deeper into the world of The Witcher, Netflix's forthcoming series starring Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, with the new info about the highly anticipated series dropping at Comic-Con.

While many fans are probably familiar with The Witcher franchise thanks to the massively popular action RPG series from CD Projekt Red, the upcoming Netflix adaptation is actually based on the series of novels and short stories by Andrzej Sapkowski, which inspired the games but feature some key differences - like the way Geralt carries his swords.

Yakuza Team Comments on Judgment Character Swap After Drugs Scandal

Sega has already completed work on replacing a character model in Yakuza spin-off Judgment, after the game was pulled from sale in Japan and Asia in March following the arrest of actor Pierre Taki on drugs-related charges.

The character of Tojo Clan affiliate member Kyohei Hamura, who was previously voiced by Taki and based on his likeness, will be replaced as a newly designed original model when the game eventually goes back on sale in Japan. The Western release date of June 25 will not be affected.

“We’ve already finished replacing it,” Yakuza Studio head Toshihiro Nagoshi told IGN last week, just 14 days after the initial March 13 announcement. “It’s an original character this time, not a performance capture. You’ll have to wait to see what he looks like.”

Poll – Who Will Die in Avengers: Endgame?

With Avengers: Endgame almost upon us (three weeks!), we’re biting our nails wondering just which heroes are going to make it out alive. After all, the filmmakers have teased that this movie will be a literal ending for some characters, and given that the heroes are going up against Thanos equipped with a wicked new edged weapon, we have no problem believing that not everyone is going to make it out alive.

We want to know which hero you think is most likely to die in Avengers: Endgame. Yes, multiple heroes may fall, but to keep things focused we want to hear which single hero you think won’t survive. Your choice should be the one currently-living hero you’re confident will be permanently dead by the time the credits roll (and who will stay dead even after the mid-credits and post-credits scenes).
