Apex Legends Glitch Turns Gibraltar’s Shield Into a Bounce Pad

Apex Legends players have been having fun with an exploit that lets them attach Legends' items to Gibraltar's shield.

Not usually the most popular Legend, thanks to his huge hitbox and lumbering movement, Gibraltar's glitch has made him the belle of the ball. Players have discovered that when Gibraltar pulls out his shield, it acts as a solid surface that allows other players to deploy their various abilities on top of it, like Caustic's gas traps or Octane's launch pad.

What's more, sticking a launch pad onto Gibraltar's shield allows him to bounce around the map like a majestic volleyball, as demonstrated by YouTuber urnotjusti, via GamesRadar+.

Dark Souls Creator Would Like to Make a Rockstar-Style Narrative Game

The creator of Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro has expressed interest in creating a game where the story is the focal point, rather than the gameplay.

Talking at the opening keynote presentation at Reboot Develop, a games industry event in Dubrovnik, Croatia, VG247 reports that FromSoftware’s Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that he’d love to make a game where story is the focus. He namechecked Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 as an example of the kind of game he was thinking about.

Miyazaki spoke about this in a wider conversation about the idea of favouring gameplay over story. He appeared alongside Fumito Ueda, the creator of Shadow of the Colossus, who is also famed for prioritising gameplay mechanics.

Mad Photos Reveal New Sims-Inspired Fashion Line

A range of The Sims-inspired clothing will soon be released by Italian fashion company Moschino.

The collection, which launches April 13, features pixelated designs, and a variety of accessories including the Sims’ iconic plumbob as an earring. It has been created in partnership with EA, as announced by an Electronic Arts press release.

“I love the idea of being able to imagine, design and bring to life a world of individual personas with The Sims universe,” said Jeremy Scott, Creative Director of Moschino. “That concept emulates what I get to do for each collection at Moschino as I create a fantasy universe of spectacular storylines and characters.”
