Halo: The Master Chief Collection Will Have Cross-Progression

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is finally headed to PC, and it appears that it will have cross-progression with the Xbox One version and that cross-play, while not planned for launch, is on 343 Industries' mind for the future.

Via Wccftech, Halo community director at 343 Industries Brian Jarrard took a question on Twitter from RabblinMan that asked if Master Chief Collection would have any "crossplatform capabilities at all between console and PC in customs or matchmaking?"

What Did Jon Actually Yell in The Battle of Winterfell?

Season 8, Episode 3 of Game of Thrones "The Long Night" centers on the Battle of Winterfell, and although the sequence of events seemed clear, some fans are convinced not all is at it appears.

Warning: full SPOILERS for "The Long Night"!

At the end of the episode, Arya shattered expectations - and the Night King - when she stabbed him in the tummy with her Valyrian steel dagger. Meanwhile, Jon was… screaming at a dragon. And the internet immediately savaged him for doing next to nothing while Arya saved the day.

However, some fans claim that Jon was actually doing something very important. Reddit user Applesoapp claims that Jon was actually screaming “Gooo! Go! Go!” which would imply Jon saw Arya making her sprint into the Godswood and was cheering her on while screaming to distract Viserion. This would make Jon's actions seem less futile and more purposeful.

Amazing but Fake Left 4 Dead 3 Trailer Leaves Fans With Wild Theories

A suspicious teaser for Left 4 Dead 3 was posted on YouTube yesterday, and though it’s been confirmed as a fake, that hasn’t stopped fans from coming up with some absolutely wild theories surrounding the video.

The fake teaser, which can be found here, is the only upload from YouTube channel Clusterflu961, and the only detail associated with the account is that it originates from Canada. The video itself has the extraordinarily memorable title "20190611wVLACgXBSwO4eVv.021162_h264” and despite this unassuming moniker, managed to amass over 280,000 views over the course of a day.

The final shot of Clusterflu961’s fake teaser.

Game of Thrones Showrunners Hint THAT Threat May Still Remain

Warning: full SPOILERS for Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 3 “The Long Night”!

Even though Arya Stark seemingly killed the Night King, shattering him into ice and causing all of his forces to crumble, the threat of the White Walkers may not be gone, according to Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Jimmy asked if we are for sure done with the White Walkers after the events of “The Long Night,” and Benioff responded, “Yeah, we’re not going to answer that.”

This curious response suddenly opens the door to the possibility that the threat of the White Walkers remains. Perhaps destroying the Night King isn’t as easy as one Valyrian steel stab to the tummy. He is a powerful magical entity, after all, so what if he can reconstitute himself? Maybe they’re going by Warcraft’s Lich King rules and there must always be a Night King, meaning Arya unknowingly inherited his powers and will become the Night Queen. We know so little about the Night King and the White Walkers that it’s hard to say exactly how their threat could remain, but in a show known for mind-blowing twists, anything could happen.
