Death Stranding: New Teaser Hints Online May Be Revealed with New Trailer
UPDATE (5/27/19) - Hideo Kojima has released another Death Stranding teaser that is similar to the first teaser, but now features two hands instead of one and the new tagline "Help us reconnect."

This may be hinting that the new trailer arriving this week will reveal Death Stranding's online features and functionality. It has been teased before that Kojima's latest title is "all about player collaboration," and star Norman Reedus even said that it will feature "elements of social media" and is about "re-establishing of that physical contact" after "so many games and so many parts of millennial culture are being alone in a room."
AMD Announces Next-Gen GPUs and CPUs at Computex
At Computex AMD has pulled the wraps off its next-gen GPU and CPU architectures, revealing its Navi GPU and third generation Ryzen CPUs as well. AMD CEO LIsa Su delivered a keynote address to kick off the hardware-focused trade show in Taipei, and showed off some of its upcoming hardware, with the promise of going more in-depth at E3 in two weeks time.
AMD Introduces Navi
The existence of AMD's Navi GPUs has never been a secret, but up until now all we knew about them was that they were going to be built on a 7nm node. It's such a non-secret that Sony has already stated it will be using Navi in the next-gen Playstation. At Computex, Su revealed the GPUs in the Navi lineup will be called the Radeon 5000 series; a nod to the company's 50th anniversary. They will also be the first GPUs built on a new RDNA microarchitecture (short for Radeon DNA), which is a departure from the previous GCN architecture that has powered everything from Hawaii up to Vega and the current Polaris cards. AMD announced it as the RX 5700 series, but pricing, clock speeds, and pricing were all TBD. However, they did say the GPUs will be available in July.
The Avengers Project – Road to E3 2019
Chalk it up to Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War taking all the focus away from anything else with that hero team in the name, but the last time we saw Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics’ The Avengers Project was...the first time we saw The Avengers Project.
Square Enix debuted a teaser trailer for the Marvel Games title from Crystal Dynamics, developers of the 2011 Tomb Raider reboot, back in January 2017. The original, cinematic teaser trailer flashed over what appeared to be the fallout of a fight or some other catastrophe. Bruce Banner’s glasses, the hand of Iron Man’s armor, Thor’s hammer Mjlonir, Captain America’s shield can all be seen strewn about, before ending with the hashtag “Reassemble.”
Ubisoft Pass May Have Been Accidentally Leaked on Ubisoft Store
The Ubisoft Store appears to have leaked a placeholder image revealing, presumably, an EA Access-style subscription service.
As reported by VG247, a Resetera user spotted the image that was briefly live on the Ubisoft Store, and it appears to out a previously unannounced service called Ubisoft Pass.
Pokemon Sword and Shield Direct Announced for Next Week
Nintendo has announced that a new Pokémon Sword and Shield Direct will be arriving next week on June 5 at 6am PT/9am ET/2pm BST.
Revealed via Twitter, this new Direct will last "roughly 15 minutes" and will focus solely on new information on Pokémon Sword and Shield, which are set to be released later this year on the Nintendo Switch.

While Game of Thrones has officially ended, HBO has treated us to a documentary focused on the incredible work by the cast and crew, in this final season, to bring this worldwide phenomenon to a close.
Game of Thrones: The Last Watch is an almost two-hour long behind-the-scenes look at how many from around the world came together to tell one final story, and we've gathered below 18 of the biggest things revealed.

The Lion King Opening Weekend Box Office
The Lion King dominated the North American box office this weekend, earning an estimated $185 million in its domestic debut. It grossed another $346 million internationally.
That $185 million bow is the second biggest domestic opening weekend of 2019 behind Avengers: Endgame. It's also a record for a PG-rated film and for the month of July.
The Lion King also dethroned 2017's Beauty and the Beast for the biggest opening weekend for Disney remakes of their animated classics.
Beauty and the Beast opened with a $174.8 million bow, followed by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland ($116.1 million).
Pupperazzi is Like Pokémon Snap but With Dogs
It’s been 20 years since Pokémon Snap captivated junior photographers with Pikachu riding a surfboard, among other things, and for whatever reason, Nintendo has refrained from producing a sequel in all that time. That said, diehard fans may be in luck with the arrival of Pupperazi, a game that borrows heavily from Pokémon Snap’s core concept of photographing animals doing weird things, but this time it’s with very good dogs.
