The Best Samsung Galaxy S10 Deals and Contracts in August

Finding the best Samsung S10 deals can be a difficult process, simply because of the model's high-end status. Samsung is considered one of the leading tech providers globally, with the South Korean smartphones featuring in every mobile retail store around the UK.

There are actually plenty of Galaxy S10 deals to be found, especially on the latest Samsung Galaxy devices, such as the Galaxy S10 5G and the more affordable Galaxy S10e. The S10 5G was one of the first phones in the UK to harness the potential of 5G, and you can now use the device with spectacular 5G deals from the likes of EE and Vodafone, with O2 and Three following up with 5G coverage later in 2019.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Delayed 2 Weeks

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep and New Light, its free-to-play version, have been delayed to October 1. They were initially scheduled to be released on September 17.

Cross save support, which was announced alongside New Light, is still scheduled for "later this summer," according to Bungie.

"Being independent means that the future of Destiny 2 is entirely on our team," the developer wrote on its blog. "It also means that we’re agile enough to choose to do what's best for the game and our players, even if it's the hard choice."

Announced in June, Shadowkeep takes players back to the Moon from the original Destiny. The standalone expansion costs $35 USD.

What’s Wrong With Bloodstained on Switch?

When Bloodstained was released, players on the Nintendo Switch were disappointed to find that the Switch version seemed to suffer issues not present on other consoles. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Beta Dates Announced

Infinity Ward’s reimaging on Modern Warfare is getting two rounds of beta in September, and your opportunity to play depends on what console you own.

Each beta session includes an early access period reserved for players who pre-order the game followed by a general open beta. Here’s when you can play:

PlayStation 4 Early Modern Warfare Beta

PC, Xbox One, and PS4 Modern Warfare Beta

Both of these beta sessions include crossplay between consoles and PC

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer Hands-On Impressions

Developer Infinity Ward’s commitment to authenticity and gritty realism in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare seems like a weird one to reinforce in multiplayer. If you’ve spent even a few matches in just about any Call of Duty game, you’ll know that it’s filled with bunny hopping, drop shotting (mostly phased out in recent games, thankfully), and plenty of other unrealistic tactics that just wouldn’t make sense on a real battlefield. But even still, it does feel like Infinity Ward has found some clever ways to elevate Call of Duty’s gameplay that gave me, a bunny hopper, new things to consider that may eventually change my tactics. Maybe. While some of this is, as the developers put it, a renewed need for me to preserve my life in order to earn killstreaks, it was also because of how it truly does seem that Modern Warfare’s multiplayer design is evolving into something a tad more complex.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild Glitch Lets You Ride Prince Sidon

A player has discovered a glitch in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild that allows you to ride around on Prince Sidon’s back, like a fishy surfboard.

In Breath of the Wild, there’s a sequence just before the Divine Beast Vah Ruta in which Link is able to ride on the back of Prince Sidon in order to reach the battle. One player has discovered how to glitch that segment and use Sidon as a mount outside of that battle.

Destructoid reports that the glitch was allegedly discovered by Twitter user F00_Sing, who has created a Twitter thread to demonstrate step-by-step how to replicate the glitch. The tweets are in Japanese, but Google Translate helps clarify the instructions enough to understand the basics. Alternatively, this video from YouTuber Any Austin goes in-depth on how to achieve it.

This Explicit Scene Was Cut from The Boys Season 1… and Added Back in Season 2

Warning: This article contains SPOILERS for The Boys. Update: Now that Season 2 has come to a close, we finally got THAT scene in the final moments of the last episode. And The Boys co-creator Eric Kripke has gone on the record about how the team managed to get the controversial scene into the show after it was cut in the first season. Scroll down past this update for all the details on the spoilery scene. “Originally, we had a different final image for Homelander," Kripke told The Wrap. "He was just kind of, he was actually in space and he was like, hovering over the earth [sic], kind of like Superman does, but had like a scary sociopathic look. It was awesome. We shot it. But Amazon had the note of like, ‘We’d love to see if we could stick the landing on him a little harder. And, you know, have something that maybe isn’t quite as ambiguous.’ And I was like, I got just the idea!” [ignvideo width=610 height=374 url=https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/10/10/the-boys-season-ending-explained] And so he "dropped" the scene back in. "But to their credit, they were like, you know, I think it actually really works in this in this context, because it’s telling us something about how powerless and pathetic he feels in that moment and how dangerous he’ll be moving into Season 3," said the creator. Read on for the original story about this scene from last year when it was cut from the first season of The Boys. [poilib element="accentDivider"] The Boys co-creator Eric Kripke recently revealed there was one controversial scene in the first season of his savage superhero show, in which Amazon strongly opposed and demanded be cut altogether. In a recent AMA on Reddit, Kripke explained how some footage ended up on the cutting room floor as it was deemed too extreme for audiences. He went on to describe the explicit scene in excruciating detail, as he commended Antony Starr for doing a "great job." "There was ONE SCENE that Amazon said F*** NO, you have to cut. I couldn't quite understand why considering everything else we have in the show, but: Homelander, after being dressed down by Stilwell in episode 2, was standing on one of the Chrysler building Eagles. He pulled his pants down and started jerking off, mumbling "I can do whatever I want" over and over again until he climaxed all over New York City. We shot it! Oh my God, Anthony was the BEST in that scene," he explained. [widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=the-boys-season-2-gallery&captions=true"] Kripke added, "Amazon seemed to think it wasn’t necessary. I thought it told me something about his psyche. To be clear, they've been great, that may have been the ONLY fight I lost in Season 1." Despite the iron ruling on this graphic scene, Amazon generally allowed Kripke free reign over the boundary pushing content of his adult-themed comic adaptation, as the streaming service permitted full-frontal nudity, bizarre sex scenes, extreme gore, and violence. The Boys explores the seedy underbelly of sex, murder, and mayhem with its satirical view of a society obsessed with celebrity, politics, and pleasing facades - referred to by Kripke at Comic Con as a, "very accurate reflection of the world we live in." Amazon has already renewed The Boys for a second season, so if you would like to learn more about this ultra-violent web series, check out our (mostly) spoiler-free review of season one and find out what the ending means for the show moving forward.
