PlayStation Reveals Beautiful New Box Art for PS4 Exclusives
Sony has revealed stunning new box art for 10 PlayStation 4 exclusives.
The "Only On PlayStation Collection" comprises "10 exclusive games that define the generation," according to PlayStation on Twitter. Those games are Bloodborne, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition, The Last Guardian, The Last of Us Remastered, Marvel's Spider-Man, Ratchet and Clank, Shadow of the Colossus, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, and Wipeout: Omega Collection. The new box art is exclusive to the UK, according to PlayStation, though it's "looking at getting some clean JPEGs" of the art to allow PS4 owners in other territories to download and print the covers. IGN has reached out to Sony about the potential for worldwide availability and for further information on download options.
The Surprising Video Game Reference in Universal’s Ghostbusters Maze
This year, Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights features a Ghostbusters maze that borrows elements from all three Ghostbusters films as well as the 2009 video game.
We answered the call and went on a press walkthrough of the Ghostbusters maze and spoke to Creative Director John Murdy about how the attraction operates and what elements from the existing lore it incorporates. (Due to the set still being under construction at the time of our walkthrough, we weren’t able to photograph all of the maze.)
SNES, NES Switch Online Games No Longer Coming Monthly
Nintendo bolstered the Switch Online's retro games library this week with the addition of 20 SNES games being made available for all Switch Online subscribers, in addition to the growing NES library. And while both NES and SNES games will be added in the future, Nintendo does not necessarily have plans to keep up the monthly cadence it's kept so far.
A representative for Nintendo confirmed to IGN that "More Super NES games will be added after launch, but those releases will not adhere to a regular schedule. In the Age of Meaningless Comic Deaths, This Is How You Kill Superheroes

If you show me a superhero death in a comic, then I’ll show you a comic reader rolling their eyes in response. Death has become so impermanent in Marvel and DC’s stories that even the loss of a fan-favorite hero won’t do much to get an earnest reaction out of people. But Marvel’s House of X #4, by writer Jonathan Hickman and artist Pepe Larraz, manages to buck that trend by embracing the profound emotion of the characters’ final moments rather than trying to make a spectacle out of their demise.
The issue sees the X-Men assaulting a nefarious, human-run space station orbiting the sun. Their goal: to destroy the Mother Mold Sentinel so it won’t bring about the end of mutantkind, as those pesky purple robots always seem to do. Despite the experience and power level of the strike team, the human defenses prove lethal. An unexpected detonation takes two of the mutants out in a flash. It’s not long before one more is overwhelmed by guards and another is sucked out into space, leaving Wolverine and Nightcrawler to finish what has now become a suicide mission.
The Boys Season 2 Adds Timeless Stars Goran Visnjic and Claudia Doumit
Goran Visnjic and Claudia Doumit are joining the second season of Amazon Prime Video's The Boys in recurring roles.
Deadline reports that showrunner Eric Kripke tapped up the two Timeless alums, who played time-travellers Garcia Flynn and Jiya Marri in his cancelled NBC series, to join the cast of The Boys season 2.
