Xbox Game Pass Getting Jump Force, Bloodstained, and More

Xbox Game Pass is getting Jump Force, Bloodstained, Bad North: Jotunn Edition, Dirt Rally 2.0, and Lego Worlds later this month, Xbox announced.

Jump Force, the action-fighting game starring some of Shonen Jump’s most popular manga and anime characters (like Goku, My Hero Academia’s All Might, or One Piece’s Luffy) will come to Xbox Game Pass on September 19. IGN gave it a 6.3 out of 10, saying it was mostly flash and little substance. Despite that lackluster reception, Jump Force has continued releasing additional characters like MHA’s Bakugo, or Dragon Ball Z’s Majin Buu.

While we've already broken down this issue's biggest twist and the reveal that Goldballs of all characters is now the most important X-Man alive, there are plenty of other intriguing developments in this issue. Why 2019 Is the Year Old-School Sega Fans Have Been Waiting Ages For

Sega’s in better shape than it’s ever been. Not only is the Japanese company finding success with brand new games like Two Point Hospital, but it’s also got more in the pipeline like the recently announced strategy title HumanKind. Thanks to the resurging popularity of Japanese games in recent years, we’re also seeing more of its homegrown hits reach a wider worldwide audience, from competitive puzzler Puyo Puyo to the entire Yakuza series, which is finally available on PS4. The results are even better thanks to stellar localization work from subsidiary Atlus, who of course also continue its own stylish identity with games like the Persona series.

But while it’s great to see the game company that defined much of my childhood get its groove back, 2019 feels very much like a defining year for Sega to celebrate its past, and it’s one that old-school Sega fanboys like myself have been waiting ages for.

The line said, "Downey will be seen in the role of Stark one more time, however, in the Marvel prequel Black Widow in May 2020."

Without a source to back up that sentence or any other details, it is unclear whether or not Downey will in fact be in the movie, and if so, will he be shooting new scenes for the movie or will he appear in past footage?

Netflix in October: Breaking Bad Movie, Big Mouth, Dolemite, and More

Netflix in October means a bunch of different, wonderful things.

There's the third season of critically-acclaimed (and hormonally-charged) animated series Big Mouth, along with new seasons of Peaky Blinders and The Kominsky Method. There's Dolemite is My Name, starring Eddie Murphy as real-life legend Rudy Ray Moore, a comedian who created a famous Blaxploitation alter ego. Paul Rudd acts opposite himself in the new surreal series Living with Yourself. Oh, and there's also a prank series hosted by Stranger Things' Gaten Matarazzo and a hip-hop competition show judged by Cardi B, Chance the Rapper, and T.I.

But mostly Netflix in October is about the freakin' Breaking Bad movie!

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint – Lil Wayne Builds His Dream Fireteam

Lil Wayne is many things: an award-winning rapper, record label executive, and actor. Turns out, he's also a pretty big gamer. He recently starred in a live-action commercial for the upcoming Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, and I was given the opportunity to sit down with him to talk about all things Ghost Recon -- most importantly, I needed to know who he'd recruit for his own personal fireteam. There's one twist though: being a famous Wayne, I decided to to only allow other famous Wayne's on his team. You can see the result of that challenge by clicking the video above.

Also, since I figured Lil Wayne had done a concert or two in his career, I decided to pick his brain about his feelings toward virtual reality live-shows. For years, folks have speculated about the potential VR has beyond just gaming, and one thing I hear come up a lot is the idea of using a virtual reality headset to attend something like a live concert or even an E3 press-conference. As it turns out, not only has he wanted this for awhile, but he's even thought of ways to elevate it even further. You can check his full thoughts on virtual reality in the video below.
