Despite being more than a year away, Sony has been rather talkative about its next-gen console, now officially named the PlayStation 5. Between a blog post from Sony and two interviews with Wired magazine, we’re starting to get a good idea of what the next system means for gamers in 2020. Here’s a blow-by-blow comparison between the current-gen PlayStation 4 and its upcoming successor.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Trailer Leaks, Shows New Map, Boats, and More
A trailer for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 has leaked, and features what appears to be a brand new map, boats, a new progression system, and more, according to a report by PC Gamer.
The trailer was originally posted by the Twitter account SkinTrackerCom before being removed. Neither IGN nor PC Gamer was able to confirm where the video was originally obtained, but IGN has reached out to SkinTracker for comment.
As for the trailer itself, there’s a lot to parse through.
Most notably, it appears we are in fact getting a new map, as none of the areas displayed in the trailer are recognizable from any season of the original map.

Sony's high-profile Toms may be meeting in a face-off.
Speaking to Fandom, Venom director Ruben Fleischer said Sony is "building towards" a confrontation between Tom Hardy's Venom and Tom Holland's Spider-Man.
“That’s where it’s all going to lead,” Fleischer said of a showdown between the two characters.
Fleischer added that the Venom film had to change Venom's origin story because of Sony's deal with Marvel.

We do know the story takes place shortly after Captain America: Civil War, opening the way for cameos for the original Avengers. Some of the classic characters from Black Widow’s long comic book history have also been revealed, including Red Guardian, played by David Harbour (Stranger Things).
