Pokemon Developers Don’t Have Plans For More Let’s Go Games
During a press tour ahead of the release of Pokemon Sword and Shield Game Freak producer and director Junichi Masuda revealed that there may not be more Pokemon Let’s Go games in the series, but that might be because the studio prefers to work on new projects and games.
In an interview with Eurogamer, Masuda was asked that despite criticism regarding its easy difficulty reception to Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee was high. Despite this, Masuda revealed that there are currently no plans for more games in that particular Pokemon series.
Devolver’s Carrion Gets Free Demo
Carrion, the "reverse horror" game from Phobia Studios and Devolver Digital, has just released a free demo.
Revealed by Devolver as "a Halloween treat," the demo is available on Steam (Windows only, sorry Mac/Linux users) and gives you a good taste of what it's like to play as Carrion's horrible tentacle monster. It's not as large as the demo we played at GamesCom, but it's an excellent introduction to this violent take on the MetroidVania.
How The Last of Us 2’s Delay Could Affect Ghost of Tsushima
The Last of Us Part 2 has been delayed from February to May 2020, and while that means a few more months for all of us to wait until we can play Ellie and Joel’s new story, it does raise an interesting question — what does this mean, if anything, for the release of Sony’s other announced major first-party PS4 exclusive, Ghost of Tsushima?
Ghost of Tsushima has never gotten a firm release date, but it has been reconfirmed that it is a PS4 release (PS5 support has never been mentioned). Given the recent release date announcement (and subsequent re-announcement) for The Last of Us Part 2, it seems as if Sony planned to release it first and then follow up with Ghost of Tsushima later on (unless they were going to surprise us all in the next few months). But with The Last of Us now coming out in May and the PS5 set to come in the holiday season, that puts Sucker Punch’s new, mysterious game into an interesting position. Here are a few of our guesses for what could happen:

The Top 25 Games That Still Deserve A Sequel
Some of gaming's most iconic franchises really hit their stride with a sequel. Games like Halo 2, Portal 2, Uncharted II, Assassin’s Creed II, and Mass Effect 2 (just to name a few) that refined the mechanics and offered bigger, more ambitious experiences than their predecessors. But, so many games never got that opportunity to shine again, or did but still deserve another round. These games are gone, but not forgotten — here are the top 25 games that should have received a sequel but never did.

25. The Legend of Dragoon (2000)
Released in the same year as Final Fantasy IX, Vagrant Story, and Chrono Cross (and just four months before the launch of the PlayStation 2 in North America), The Legend of Dragoon is often overlooked when we discuss the “definitive” JRPGs of that era. However, this cult classic remains popular amongst fans for its unique take on the traditional turn-based battle system with the addition of, well…“Additions.”
Stephen King’s Doctor Sleep First Reactions Twitter Roundup

Here's our roundup of the first Twitter reactions to Doctor Sleep.
IGN's Tom Jorgensen, who is reviewing Doctor Sleep for us, "thoroughly enjoyed" Doctor Sleep even though he said it had some third act issues.

2K Games has officially commented on the situation surrounding the buggy launch of WWE 2K20. While the statement doesn’t outline specific fixes, 2K says a patch will be coming soon.

We expect to have an initial patch ready in the next two weeks, with others to follow. Stay tuned to WWEGames social media channels for more information.”
