What We Do in the Shadows: Season 2 Release Date Revealed
Fans of FX's kooky horror comedy series What We Do in the Shadows don't have much longer to wait for new episodes. Today FX revealed an April 2020 premiere date for Season 2.
What We Do in the Shadows will return on Wednesday, April 15 at 10pm ET/PT. FX will debut the first two episodes that night, with one new episode following each subsequent week. New episodes will also premiere on Hulu on FX the following day. In total, Season 2 clocks in at 10 episodes.
This news comes on the heels of another big horror TV renewal at FX. The network has greenlit an additional three seasons for American Horror Story.

Leonardo DiCaprio Channels Inner Jack Dawson to Save Man From Drowning
Leonardo DiCaprio is being hailed a hero after he reportedly helped to save a man from drowning in the Caribbean sea last month.
Jack Dawson might not have survived the Titanic disaster in James Cameron's blockbuster epic, but DiCaprio avenged his character's on-screen death when he rescued a man who fell overboard a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean on December 30, 2019.
According to a report in The Daily Mail, the Hollywood star picked up on a mayday call and immediately diverted his vessel, which was stationed off the island of St. Barts, to search for the man who had apparently spent that past 11 hours treading water to survive.
Here’s Our First Real Look at an Intel Graphics Card
Ice Lake’s Gen 11 graphics were impressive in their own right allowing us to finally play games like Overwatch at Full HD and medium settings on something as lightweight as an Ultrabook. If Intel’s Xe graphics are really as powerful they promise to be, we could be looking at a dGPU that’s as powerful as a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti or higher.
Where all of this ties back into the new DG1 graphics card is it shares the same underlying Xe architecture as Intel’s new mobile graphics platform, so we should expect the same level of performance from this desktop product if not more.
Intel also announced its plans to establish its Xe graphics architecture across a wide array of devices. To that end Intel has split the Xe architecture across three lines of products including Xe-LP for mobile solutions with low-power envelopes (in other words, laptops). Meanwhile, Xe HP will power high-performance computers used in gaming and as workstations. Lastly, there’s the Xe HPC platform that will cover deep learning and cloud computing usually seen in the enterprise sector.
Sadly, Intel only plans to initially provide its new DG1 graphics card to independent software vendors, so it won’t be available to the general public anytime soon. But at least Intel plans to hold an AMA on Reddit on January 16th at 9am to 10am Pacific, where we hope to learn more about this mystery card.

Intel surprised us at CES 2020 by demoing its first discrete graphics card technology in a gaming laptop that was able to run Destiny 2 extremely well. And now in another unexpected surprise, Intel announced its plans to release its first dGPU in a desktop graphics card form factor as well.
Enter the Intel DG1, a seemingly small discrete graphics card with a blower style fan and a strip of RGB lighting. Unfortunately, Intel hasn't provided details on how many stream processors, compute units, or any measure of specs that would inform us of how powerful this card will be.

FX Orders Three More Seasons of American Horror Story
American Horror Story fans have plenty of reason to be excited for the future of the series. FX has ordered three more seasons of the long-running horror anthology.
The news was announced by John Landgraf, Chairman of FX Networks and FX Productions, ahead of FX's presentation at the Television Critics Association upfronts. In addition to the upcoming Season 10, American Horror Story has now been granted a Season 11, 12 and 13.

are the undisputed masters of horror TV, having created the anthological limited series with American Horror Story and sustaining its success for nearly a decade as FX’s highest-rated series,” said Landgraf in a statement. “We are grateful to them and Dana Walden and our studio partners for committing to another three years. AHS has showcased a wealth of award winning actors since day one and we appreciate the contributions of everyone, including Ryan, Brad and fellow executive producers Tim Minear, James Wong, Alexis Martin Woodall and Bradley Buecker, the writers, directors, cast and crew for each new, unforgettable installment of American Horror Story.”
