D23 2022 has arrived and, following a day filled with the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase and the Disney and Pixar D23 Studio Showcase, today brings us the Marvel, Star Wars, and 20th Century Studio Showcase.

We are expecting big things from the MCU and that galaxy far, far away, and we will gather each and every announcement and trailer here for you so you don't miss a thing.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer Has Arrived: 'You are a Mandalorian No More'

The first trailer for Season 3 of The Mandalorian has been revealed and it gives us our first look at the new adventures Mando and Grogu will be going on in 2023. The trailer has the tagline of "You are a Mandalorian no more," which was said by The Armorer after she learned that Din Djarin had taken his helmet off. We also see the growing conflict between Mando and Bo-Katan as well as Mando and Grogu's return to Mandalore.

Star Wars: Andor Trailer Teases the Rogue One Prequel Before Its September 21 Three-Episode Premiere

Star Wars: Andor is set to have its three-episode premiere on Disney+ on September 21 and serve as a prequel to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. A new trailer at D23 gave us another big look at what we can expect from the newest Star Wars adventure, including glimpses of Mon Mothma, Cassian Andor, Saw Gerrera, and more.

Star Wars: Ahsoka Makes Brief Appearance at D23, but No New Trailer

Star Wars: Ahsoka was discussed at D23, but no trailer was revealed to the public. Instead, Disney's Jon Favreau disucssed bringing this series to life and how the character of Ahsoka if Dave Filoni's 'magnum opus.'

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2 Coming in January 2023

Star Wars: The Bad Batch is officially returning for its second season on January 4, 2023, and it will consist of 16 episodes. Two episodes will premiere on January 4, and the rest will air weekly. We didn't get a new trailer at D23, but one shouldn't be too far away.

Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi Original Shorts Get Their First Trailer and a Release Date

Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi, a series of six original stories that focus on Ahsoka, Qui-Gon Jinn, Count Dooku, and more at different parts of their lives, has received its first trailer and the news that all of the shorts will debut on October 26.

Willow Trailer Revealed at D23 Ahead of November 30 Premiere Date, Christian Slater Joins Cast

A new trailer for Willow was revealed at D23 and it showed more of the sequel to the 1988 classic film of the same name. Alongside the trailer, it was revealed that Christian Slater will be joining the cast, although we didn't learn too much about his character at the panel.

Described as a collaborative project across the entire Disney Animation Studios. It will be directed by Chris Buck and Fawn Veersunthorn, and is produced by Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes.

The film is a fantasy movie about the power of Wishes and dreams and explores the origin of the iconic Disney wishing star. Set in the Kingdom of Wishes, it's a magical land where wishes can literally come true. The theme was chosen for Disney's 100th anniversary and ties together a major theme across all Disney movies, that wishes can come true.

The art style of Wish combines watercolor animation, Disney's original art style, with CG which Disney uses in the modern era.

Wish will star two heroines, Asha (Ariana DeBose), a 17-year-old driven optimist and leader in the making. She will face one of the most formidable enemies in the universe and will have to team up with Star, a cosmic force and boundless ball of pure energy and maybe chaos.

Alan Tudyk, Disney's modern good-luck charm will be a voice in Wish, playing a goat named Valentino who gets his wish to communicate fulfilled. The soundtrack is composed by Grammy-nominated artist Julia Michaels. The audience at D23 got to listen to the very first song, More for Us, performed by DeBose.

Disney Pixar just unveiled Win or Lose - an all-new, original Pixar series.

The show is Pixar's first attempt at a long-form TV series, all about a softball team... and while it looks as though it'll have all the usual Pixar charm, it also has a deceptively simple premise:

"It’s about a team called the Pickles in the run-up to the championship game," said co-creator, Michael Yates, who developed the upcoming show alongside Carrie Hobson.

Will Forte stars as Coach Dan - the Pickles team coach who keeps this rag-tag team of misfits all together. Each week, the show will focus on an individual character, with audiences learning about them and how they might be feeling.

And one of the highlights is Frank the Umpire.

Frank is a middle-school teacher who's trying to get back into dating but also happens to be a softball umpire. Attendees at Disney's D23 expo were shown a brief clip of Frank getting his very own meet-cute with a local barista as he nervously orders a soy latte. But while he tries to ask her out, it becomes clear that she just isn't interested in him.

Thankfully, his friends are ready to rally around to cheer him up.

Win or Lose looks set to be more than just a sports show, with individual characters providing much of the emotional core of the series.

Cue a sizzle reel set to the soundtrack of We Will Rock You and it looks as though Win or Lose is onto a winner. Let's hope the Pickles take home the championship. We'll certainly be cheering them on from the sidelines.

Revealed at D23, Iwájú is a "love letter to Nigeria" and is made in collaboration with Kugali Media. It's set in a futuristic version of Lagos, and follows a wealthy heiress and a poor boy named Tola, who is described as stubborn, eager, and charismatic. Tola teams up with a questionable ally, Otin, over the course of the story.

During the D23 Studio Showcase, Pixar boss Pete Doctor was about to end the segment on Pixar before being interrupted by Amy Poehler who starred as Joy in the 2015 Pixar animated film, Inside Out. Poehler was there to announce a surprise sequel to the film, Inside Out 2.

Paper Girls has been canceled by Amazon Prime after one season.

According to Deadline, the recent sci-fi series which debuted on Amazon Prime back in July has already been canned, despite a solid critical reception.

The show was produced by Amazon Studios and Legendary TV, the latter of which is reportedly shopping the series in an attempt to tap into the popularity of the likes of Euphoria and Sex Lives of College Girls by “offering another show with three-dimensional young female characters at the center.”

Paper Girls is based on the 2015 comic book series by Brian K. Vaughn and tells the story of Tiff, Erin, Mac, and KJ – four young girls who get caught in a war between different factions of time travelers.

IGN’s Paper Girls Season 1 review gave it 7/10 and said: “Paper Girls works best as a character study of four feisty, engaging 12-year-old girls who navigate a string of unimaginable adventures when they’re thrust into a future time war. The core four cast are what makes this series worth investing in, as their crazy circumstances give them the unique opportunity to determine who they are, and who they want to be for one another. The time story is less compelling with genre-familiar paradoxical themes, future tech, and good vs. evil factions that function more as placeholders rather than something tangible and meaningful to the characters. A second season that’s more aggressive about its overall storytelling would be very welcome.”

Nevertheless, the show’s strong opening wasn’t enough for Amazon Prime.

But then, Paper Girls came along at a tricky time, sitting in the shadow of Amazon’s Rings of Power – the high-concept, high-budget Lord of the Rings show that’s been at the center of a huge marketing push over the last few weeks and months.

Unfortunately, audiences didn’t find the show despite the strong critical reception… and Paper Girls failed to break into the Nielsen ratings.

Paper Girls starred Sofia Rosinksy, Camryn Jones, Riley Lai Nelet, and Fina Strazza in its leading roles.

The show was created for TV by Stephany Folsom, who also worked on The Rings of Power. Folsom originally acted as co-showrunner alongside Christopher C. Roger before exiting during Season 1.

Executive producers included Rogers, Folsom, Christopher Cantwell, Brian K. Vaughan, Cliff Chiang, Steven Prinz, and Plan B.
