Marvel’s Runaways and Cloak and Dagger to Get Crossover Episode

Marvel's Runaways and Marvel's Cloak and Dagger will get a crossover episode during the former's third season later this year.

All 10 episodes of Runaways Season 3 will be released December 13 on Hulu. Details on the crossover have not been revealed, though more information will be released closer to Season 3, according to Marvel.

Cloak and Dagger executive producer Joe Pokaski previously shared his excitement for a potential crossover with IGN. "I think there’s so much fun to be had and that’d be great," said Pokaski, "but there’s also the realities of this multi-million dollar industry that sometimes you can’t play as much as you want to."

Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why to End After Season 4

Netflix has renewed 13 Reasons Why for a fourth and final season, IGN has confirmed. The renewal comes a few weeks ahead of Season 3's August 23 release.

The drama's final season will follow the core cast's graduation from high school. Production on Season 4 is already underway, though Netflix hasn't revealed a Season 4 premiere date or episode count.

The forthcoming Season 3 will not include any depictions of suicide, according to a report from Variety. Netflix edited Season 1's three-minute suicide scene just last month, over two years after it was initially released. The decision was made "on the advice of medical experts," according to Netflix.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Delayed 2 Weeks

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep and New Light, its free-to-play version, have been delayed to October 1. They were initially scheduled to be released on September 17.

Cross save support, which was announced alongside New Light, is still scheduled for "later this summer," according to Bungie.

"Being independent means that the future of Destiny 2 is entirely on our team," the developer wrote on its blog. "It also means that we’re agile enough to choose to do what's best for the game and our players, even if it's the hard choice."

Announced in June, Shadowkeep takes players back to the Moon from the original Destiny. The standalone expansion costs $35 USD.

MK11: First Nightwolf Gameplay Revealed

NetherRealm has revealed the first gameplay footage of Nightwolf in Mortal Kombat 11.

The Native American warrior was originally announced as an upcoming fighter when they revealed the initial gameplay of Shang Tsung back in June. The Kombat Pack, which will contain Sindel and Todd McFarlane's Spawn in addition to Shang Tsung and Nightwolf (plus two as-of-yet unannounced characters), retails for $39.99 USD. Nightwolf will be available as of Tuesday, August 13, 2019.

Cyberpunk 2077 Card Game Announced

Today tabletop game developer CMON announced Cyberpunk 2077 - Afterlife: The Card Game, an upcoming card game based in the world of Cyberpunk 2077.

Afterlife is a card drafting game that puts players in the role of Fixers, who are people in the Cyberpunk universe that hire cyberpunks (like the 2077 video game’s main character) to do jobs for them. You’ll draft cards to help you complete missions, which then raises your Street Cred until you eventually win the game.

Bloodstained Developers Give an Update on Highly Requested Nintendo Switch Patch

In a new blog post ArtPlay and 505 Games offered an update for when Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for the Nintendo Switch may finally receive the performance improvements that were promised after the game was released.

What’s Wrong With Bloodstained on Switch?

When Bloodstained was released, players on the Nintendo Switch were disappointed to find that the Switch version seemed to suffer issues not present on other consoles. This included some serious frame rate and optimization problems that sometimes made Bloodstained run at 15 FPS, even when the game is capped at 30 FPS on the Switch.

Ninja Leaves Twitch to Stream Exclusively on Mixer

Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, one of Twitch's most popular streamers and one of the biggest names in Fortnite, has announced that he will be leaving Twitch and will be exclusively streaming on Mixer going forward.

Ninja revealed the news in a video that was a mock press conference of himself dressed as different people asking him questions about this big move. Perhaps most importantly, he was also asked a question by a case of Red Bull.
