Tragedy Strikes the Power Rangers in ‘Shattered Grid’

Today’s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #25 by writer Kyle Higgins and artist Daniele Di Nicuolo is the first part in the “Shattered Grid” crossover event that sees the evil Lord Drakkon enact a plan that threatens every Power Ranger ever. The first issue pulled no punches and ended things with a shocking twist.

Amazon’s New Comedy Is Kind of a Heartbreaker

At first glance, the Amazon Prime original The Dangerous Book for Boys is a complicated concept for what is ultimately a comedy. Based on a book of advice for young boys by Conn Iggulden and Hal Iggulden, the series follows a family as they struggle with the death of their patriarch. Are you laughing yet? Interestingly, it wasn't supposed to be funny at first.

Frank Miller to tackle King Arthur series for Netflix

Netflix has ordered a new King Arthur series from comic book legend Frank Miller.

Netflix has ordered Cursed, for a 10-episode, straight-to-series order. Cursed is based on Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler's upcoming book of the same name, which tells the King Arthur story through the eyes of a teen girl named Nimue who is destined to become the Lady of the Lake.

After Nimue's mother dies, she finds an unexpected companion in Arthur and the duo go on a quest to find Merlin and deliver an ancient sword. Miller and Wheeler co-created the series and will executive produce the drama. As for the novel, Wheeler is writing it while Miller is handling the art.

Some of Miller's works that have been adapted into movies include Sin City, The Dark Knight Returns, 300, and Ronin, just to name a few. Meanwhile, Wheeler penned the script for Puss in Boots and also co-wrote The Lego: Ninjago Movie.

Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why to Add Additional Warning Video Ahead of Season 2

Netflix will be adding a warning video ahead of the upcoming second season of 13 Reasons Why.

The streaming service premiered the clip on YouTube and it features some of the show's stars, Dylan Minnette, Katherine Langford, Justin Prentice and Alisha Boe, alerting viewers of the series' content. The video will autoplay before the first episode in each of the show's two seasons.

"If you ever feel you need someone to talk with, reach out to a parent, a friend, a school counselor or an adult you trust," the stars say via montage in the video. "Call a local help line or go to 13reasonswhy.info because the minute you start talking about it, it gets easier."

Marvel Comics Teases ‘Special Announcement’ with 4 Superhero Logos

A special Marvel Comics announcement is coming soon and it appears to be related to some of Marvel's biggest superheroes.

Marvel Entertainment teased on Twitter that the announcement is scheduled to happen tomorrow, March 29 at 9am PT/12pm ET, and shared an image containing logos for Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Panther, and Captain Marvel. Check out the image below.

Hitman Sniper Is Free to Play for Limited Time

Square Enix is celebrating mobile game Hitman Sniper surpassing the 10 million player mark by making the game free to play for a limited time.

Square Enix Montréal is offering a free to play version of the mobile title for iOS and Android from March 28 through April 4. You can download the iOS version here and the Android version here.

Hitman Sniper launched in 2014 and is a competitive mobile shooter/shooting gallery game where players have to assassinate several targets as Agent 47. Square Enix Montréal has been adding seasonal themed content, game optimizations, and several other in-game additions since Hitman Sniper's launch.

Doom 4K Patch Coming to PS4 Pro, Xbox One X Tomorrow

A new patch for Doom that adds 4K support for PS4 Pro and Xbox One X will be released tomorrow, March 29.

Bethesda shared the news in a post on its official website. The publisher also released a new trailer for the 4K update, which you can watch below:

A handful of screenshots showcasing id Software's first-person shooter running in 4K were also revealed, but aside from the resolution boost, no other improvements were mentioned. Check out the images in the gallery below:

Doom was released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2016 and for Nintendo Switch this past November. Last July, Bethesda scrapped the game's Season Pass and gave away all of Doom's multiplayer DLC for free.

Roseanne’s Two-Part Premiere Ratings Beat Recent Game of Thrones, Walking Dead Viewership

The reboot of Roseanne premiered to massive numbers last night on ABC, beating the ratings of some recent TV phenomena.

The show, which originally ran from 1988 to 1997, drew 18.16 million same-day viewers. In the coveted 18-49 demographic, the Roseanne reboot landed a 5.1. For contrast, 16.6 million viewers watched the Conners say goodbye in the original Roseanne finale in 1997.

Donald Glover Reveals He Wasn’t Too Busy for Canceled Deadpool Series

Donald Glover has responded to rumors he was too busy to work on the defunct Deadpool TV series.

Glover revealed on Twitter that his supposed busy schedule isn't too blame for the show's demise, which FX also cited "creative differences" as a reason for the project's end.

"For the record: i wasnt too busy to work on deadpool," Glover tweeted, before posting the script pages, which you can read in the gallery below:

Glover, who was set to serve as showrunner and writer on the series along with Stephen Glover (Atlanta), also shared a 15-page script titled "Finale," seemingly implying this would have been the show's final script. The 15 pages are notably filled with references to events that have occurred in recent days, though.
