Play A Demon-Eating Demon in Tales of Berseria

Over the years, the Tales of series has had an array of different protagonists. From plucky to stoic, no two Tales heroes have ever been quite alike. But none have been as dark and angry as the heroine--or is that anti-heroine--of Tales of Berseria.

Unlike other Tales characters, 19 year-old Velvet Crowe isn’t interested in saving the world, making friends, or even fighting for what’s right. She's a demon-eating demon, and her objective is pure and simple: exact bloody vengeance on the man who ruined her life. We won’t spoil what transformed the sweet and caring tomboy into an embittered, raging monster here, but suffice to say it was shockingly brutal, especially for a Tales game.

Rogue One Originally Had a Star Wars Opening Crawl

Director Gareth Edwards has revealed that the original drafts of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story originally contained more of the traditional elements of the series, including an opening crawl and wipe transitions.

Speaking to Empire, Edwards said that screenwriter Gary Whitta's first draft included the "long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" crawl, but that later production meetings nixed the idea.

"Probably like six months before we were filming," he explained, "we were in a meeting, and they talked about not having an opening crawl, because these are standalone films, not part of the sagas. And if I'm honest, there was an initial kind of like, 'whaaaa? I want the crawl!'"

Upcoming Forza Horizon 3 DLC Leaked In Accidental Update

A Forza Horizon 3 PC update has accidentally leaked a selection of cars expected to drop with the next DLC update.

Fans spotted the vehicles and shared the details on the official Forza forum, which boasts a raft of unannounced cars in the dev build, including a set of Porsche cars.

The list of the seemingly leaked Porsche cars follows:

Firewatch Passes 1 Million Sales

Acclaimed narrative adventure, Firewatch has passed a million sales since its release last February.

The indie game's sales across PC, Mac, PS4 and Xbox One were announced by developer Campo Santo on Twitter:

Logitech’s New Wireless Headset Boasts Big Battery Life

Logitech announced its new G533 wireless PC gaming headset. The headset features 7.1 surround-sound and up to 15 hours of battery life with its rechargeable, replaceable batteries.

Logitech's gaming vice president and general manager Ujesh Desai said the company's goal was to give players "the most immersive and accurate PC gameplay experience."

The set's Pro-G audio drivers "are made with hybrid mesh materials," something Logitech promises delivers audio quality rivaling that of "high-end audiophile headphones."

The headset also uses DTS Headphone:X technology for its 7.1-channel surround sound to accurately replicate "7.1 speaker placement and audio positioning."

LucidSound Is Designing New Licensed Headsets for Xbox One

LucidSound is producing officially-licensed headsets for the Xbox One and Xbox One S, which will be revealed and available later this year.

With the license the company "can now specifically develop and engineer audio products for the Xbox family of devices," LucidSound CEO Chris Von Huber said.

LucidSound shipped its first gaming headsets last year, all of which were universally compatible with PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360.

AirTV 4K-Compatible Streaming Device Announced

The AirTV Player, an Android-based streaming device that can bundle together various streaming services and local over-the-air TV channels, has been announced and is now available for purchase.

AirTV revealed the 4K-compatible device, which initially comes loaded with Netflix, Sling TV, and YouTube apps, as part of the Consumer Electronics Show 2017. The player can also access content via the Google Play Store and, with the purchase of the additional AirTV Adapter, integrate over-the-air channels — or TV channels accessed via antenna — to also be accessed via the device as well. A TV antenna is required to utilize the Adapter's features, however.

First Nintendo Switch Accessories Announced

Germany-based manufacturer, Snakebyte group, has announced new accessories for the Nintendo Switch and the hard-to-find NES Classic Edition.

Snakebyte describes the accessories as “designed to enhance the portable nature of the Switch console.” One of the two is a foldable headset that can be used for gaming on the go. The Foldable Headset delivers clear gaming audio using 40mm diameter drivers according to the product description.

The company’s Nintendo Switch Starter Kit, on the other hand, is a collection of useful items to protect the system's tablet screen and enhance your gaming experience. The kit includes a carry bag, wired stereo earbuds, screen protector, cleaning cloth, along with control caps and game cases. Snakebyte also announced an NES Classic Edition USB power adapter and a Gamepad extension cable that adds a 9.8 feet to your controller length.
