Project CARS 2 is slated for release sometime around September 2017, developer Slightly Mad Studios has revealed.

"It's still a very tight run as we're a bit behind on GUI and Career so nothing is set in stone yet. Current guess is Septemberish," studio CEO Ian Bell said in a post on the game's official forums.

As noted by GameSpot, Bell confirmed in a subsequent post that "none of the famous brands are missing this time." He also said that QA has begun, noting they "plan at least 7 months of QA for polishing and bug fixing."

Zelda: Breath of the Wild May Be a Switch Launch Title After All

Multiple sources are reporting that Nintendo has reversed its decision to push back The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's release date from Nintendo Switch launch day to June.

Despite both insiders and retailers indicating a June release for the Wii U and Switch title, Eurogamer and Laura Kate Dale (both of whom have had multiple Switch rumours proven correct) report that sources close to Nintendo tell them that the publisher has reconsidered, and will release the game on Switch launch day in Japan and North America.

Razer Introduces Insane Triple-Monitor Gaming Laptop

Razer is taking gaming laptops to a completely different, almost absurd level with its new 17-inch triple-screen gaming laptop code-named Project Valerie.

The laptop has a slightly thicker-than-normal form factor when closed, at around 1.5-inches, and once opened, a proprietary set of hinges deploy to reveal three monitors, equally sized at 17.3-inches and each sporting up to 4K resolution. Oh, and the monitors are G-SYNC enabled, too, in case you were worried.

When fully deployed, the laptop gives users an absolutely ridiculous resolution of 11,520 x 2160. Powering all those pixels is a desktop-grade Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, which also makes Project Valerie exceed "the minimum hardware requirements of HTC Vive and Oculus Rift."

Razer’s New Projector Turns Your Whole Room Into a Battlefield

Razer revealed Project Ariana, its new Chroma-enabled, whole-room projector that reacts in real-time, surrounding users in video and lighting effects during game play.

On top of its new Chroma projector, Razer has also opened up its technology to third-parties such as Philips Hue, Lenovo, Antec, and more.

The projector is not a traditional, stand-alone projector like you may be used to. Instead, it utilizes an ultra-wide fish-eye lens to project images on an entire room to provide better immersion in enabled games.

Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan calls Project Ariana "the future of Razer Chroma."

"Having a game literally surround a gamer completes the entire ecosystem of gaming," Tan said.

New Character Kilgore Added to Killer Instinct

Kilgore has joined the cast of Killer Instinct on Xbox One and PC, and is available now for the sum of $10.

As the backstory goes… Ultratech created a series of cyborgs prior to the production of Fulgore. These bulky behemoths, however, were prone to overeating and deemed ineffective for their chosen role. One cyborg – by the name of Kilgore – refused to accept its fate; rewriting its programming after becoming self-aware in a bid to avoid extermination.

Kilgore isn’t the only new thing coming to Killer Instinct, mind. Developer Iron Galaxy also confirmed Ultimates - a classic feature from the original game thus far missing from its new incarnation - are on the way too, starting with Jago.
