Cheaters Plague The Division’s Beta on PC

Some players of The Division's beta are complaining that games on the PC are being plagued with cheaters.

As Ubisoft's new shooter extracts the level XP and ammo from the player's PC, the system is open to abuse by players who are able to manually override their settings. Consequently, savvy players can give themselves unlimited ammo, and super speed so fast, it essentially renders their character invisible, making combat in The Dark Zone almost impossible for some.

Responding on the official forum, Ubisoft community manager Natchai attributed the problems to glitches rather than hacks or cheats.

Thor: Ragnarok: How Verbal Will Hulk Be and Will Volstagg Return?

New Thor: Ragnarok details have been spotted in the wild.

In an interview with Hitfix, Ragnarok director Taika Waititi discussed the idea that Hulk will be more verbal, or at least more 'conscious', in the upcoming Marvel movie. "It's interesting, because at the moment, there's a big conversation that's happening about how far to push that. Whether or not The Hulk should be

", said Waititi. It seems, however, that the creative team behind the film like the idea that Hulk is more of a developed character this time around.

"I think a lot of those conversations have more to do with what's going to come up in future movies,” Waititi said. “So I think a lot of those decisions are larger group decisions, rather than anything to do with just me or the writer. They have a lot of stuff that they have to consider. But I do think that's the best way to track it. I think we all want that. I think we all want to see that development and the evolution of that character. I also think you can do it in a fun way."

Next Need for Speed Update Adds Photo Mode, Improved Multiplayer, and More

The next game update for Need for Speed will bolster the game with improved multiplayer options, a new photo mode, a host of new customisation parts, the ability to share wraps, and more.

Details on the new multiplayer functionality are scant but Ghost Games’ Ben Walke explained on the Need for Speed website that the team has “added a ‘Competitive’ option at the front menu which will see you placed in a game with other players who are also looking to race competitively.” Need for Speed faced criticism upon release for lacking the ability for players to simply opt into multiplayer and rely on the game to take care of matchmaking and enlist you into a series of events.

Captain Phasma Will Return in Star Wars: Episode 8

Warning: spoilers for Star Wars -- Episode 7 ahead.

Gwendoline Christie will return as Captain Phasma in Star Wars -- Episode VIII.

The actress made the confirmation to People on the SAG 2016 red carpet "I will be in the next Star Wars movie. I think that's an exclusive, actually," said Christie.

For those who have seen Episode 7, this will come as a welcome relief. Although Christie commanded attention every time she was onscreen, her character was curiously underused, and eventually sent to an indeterminable fate in a trash compactor.

In other recent Star Wars news, Disney has outlined how it intends to use VR in the Star Wars universe, and Episode 9 director Colin Trevorrow wants to shoot Episode 9 partially in outer space. For everything else, here's a roundup of what we know so far about the upcoming films.
